Jorge Giovanni The WORST Dentist and worst employees who make up lies to keep my health insurance money in South Georgia. The work this dentist did on my mouth was the worst with 4 crowns and he did not finish the job on fifth crown #11. He cancelled the job on September 12, 2024. Please do not go to that office trust me… My Crowns are not straight in the same level with the same size at front and different white colors.

After years of dental fear, visiting her has transformed my experience. Shes incredibly gentle and patient, even with adult babies like me who used to dread dental appointments. Now I actually look forward to my visits! Her professionalism, care, and compassion are outstanding. In my 50+ years, Dr. Merritt is by far the best dentist Ive encountered. I no longer experience fear or anxiety before, during, or after appointments. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Merritt to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety. Shes truly phenomenal! The team at Dental Partners of Oakland is truly exceptional. From the moment you enter until you leave, every staff member Ive met is amazing, personable, professional, caring, and friendly. The entire office feels like a healthy family! Some standout team members include Maggie, Susan (I absolutely love running into her outside the office - its like meeting an old friend every time!), Brooke, and Tanisha. My first encounter with Tanisha was so rewarding, and she perfectly embodies what Dental Partners of Oakland represents. Im certain Im forgetting someones name, but everyone there has made my experience wonderful. As a patient, I feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Dental Partners of Oakland to anyone looking for dental care that feels like a healthy, love-filled home.

Amanda McBride This has been my Dentist since the age of 6 (or less) and I have never had a problem with them. The staff is down to earth and caring. They treat patients like loved ones and are very sympathetic as well as, empathetic. The care given is never dissatisfying. Everyone I have came in contact with know exactly what they are doing and treat their profession with respect/knowledge.

Deborah Ford I am unsure why the staff at EAMC are rude and unkind. I imagine it is poor management. I have been a patient there 3 times and left after dealing with the people there became impossible. This last time when I first started back the people seemed friendly and kind. They have slipped back to the reason I left 2 times before. This time I am sick and need a good doctor. I left before without saying anything. I just found another doctor. I had labs done in March and I didnt receive a call until August telling me there was a problem. Routine labs are not done. I feel left in the dark and Ive had to do my own research to find out some of the issues Im having. I was referred to phoebe for radiology exams and werent informed they were ordered. When I asked why the doctor just cancelled the labs. The doctor insinuated my issues were my fault (mental) and it turned out to be caused by actual health problems. I will be filing a complaint. I know the are subsidized and I hope they will be proactive and change their practices. I Messaged them and received two calls from staff that just wanted to argue with me. One of my issues is high blood pressure. I need support, not more stress. If you can get into another practice dont start with these people. I dont have a lot of money so I was hoping for better care than this.

Rebecca Godbee Mrs. Cathy is the best dental hygienist in this town! She is hands down the sweetest person ever! She’s been cleaning my teeth since I was 2 and now she’s cleaning my daughter’s teeth as well. Our whole family goes here and has been seeing Mrs. Cathy for years!! She is a wonderful person! Everyone here is so sweet and all of the doctors are phenomenal. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

anna ingram Dr. Moss and his staff have treated both of my sons for their orthodontic needs. Everyone was always friendly, helpful and professional. After every appointment, Dr. Moss took the time to speak with me personally to let me know how they were progressing and what to expect from that days treatment. I loved that personal communication!
