After years of dental fear, visiting her has transformed my experience. Shes incredibly gentle and patient, even with adult babies like me who used to dread dental appointments. Now I actually look forward to my visits! Her professionalism, care, and compassion are outstanding. In my 50+ years, Dr. Merritt is by far the best dentist Ive encountered. I no longer experience fear or anxiety before, during, or after appointments. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Merritt to anyone, especially those with dental anxiety. Shes truly phenomenal! The team at Dental Partners of Oakland is truly exceptional. From the moment you enter until you leave, every staff member Ive met is amazing, personable, professional, caring, and friendly. The entire office feels like a healthy family! Some standout team members include Maggie, Susan (I absolutely love running into her outside the office - its like meeting an old friend every time!), Brooke, and Tanisha. My first encounter with Tanisha was so rewarding, and she perfectly embodies what Dental Partners of Oakland represents. Im certain Im forgetting someones name, but everyone there has made my experience wonderful. As a patient, I feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Dental Partners of Oakland to anyone looking for dental care that feels like a healthy, love-filled home.

5 /5 Ericka Campbell: Dr. Wright was very thorough and considered the most helpful and practical options for my gum pain. My hygienist, Selena, had a very welcoming attitude from the time she came to get me out of the waiting room and all the way through my visit. She was very friendly but also knowledgeable of what she could see going on with my teeth. I really enjoyed talking to her and she made me feel at ease. I really hate that I forgot the very nice woman’s name at the front desk who booked my appointment and checked me out. She made me laugh over the phone well before I ever stepped foot in the door and met her face to face. She was also very helpful and even generated a company text to my phone to notify me that I could come in early due to a cancellation. She as well as my hygienist were very transparent about my out of pocket costs and that is very important to me in addition to having great customer service.

After arriving, the receptionists made me feel welcome and I was in the exam chair with no waiting time. The nurse was super nice and professional. Then, the dentist followed with an amazing personality and expertise. Thank you so much for the journey, I will definitely be back.
