l c Live up to the name. Hometown, good ol boys. Diagnosed my car, filled the tire with air, and literally didnt charge me a penny. They let my boyfriend do a payment plan on about $400 worth of work bc he was recommended by a close friend. Im not saying theyll do the same for you, they did all of this out of kindness. But I highly recommend these men. Like taking your car to a neighbor.. Very pleased!!!!

He helped walk me through everything they were doing and was extremely friendly. I would 100% recommend that you come here for an oil change!

Brandon Harr First things first! You won’t be disappointed. Had to set up a quick alignment somewhere close by due to having a basemap on my car and not wanting to drive long distances yet. Google didn’t fail either. Searched best alignment shops nearby. Fastlane import came up too rated I believe 5 for 5 stars and almost at the time 300 reviews. I knew my alignment was gonna be bad after having my entire suspension revamped and all new with improvements and adds on. Even spherical adjustables in the rear. They asked my how I wanted it setup. As it’s not an all the time kinda car. As long as the wheels were straight and not to much camber and for my tires not to wear super fast. The set me right out. Right out of the parking lot. Immediately noticed my wheel was finally straight. It had always had a tilt to the left. After 7 alignment shops in 9 years this is the shop to go to. 100%. They will set you up and have top of the line equipment and can tell they care about you car and performance of a good alignment. Thanks guys!! Will be back definitely.

Frederick V. Honest - Integrity - Professional Finding the right car shop to take your vehicle to is like finding the right dentist. You wouldn’t want just anyone to start hacking away. You need someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also has great bedside manner, over-communicates and does exactly what he says he is going to do. Enough good things cannot be said about Dan, the owner-master technician at The Auto Lounge. After purchasing a Jeep for my daughter, I quickly found out why people say that Jeep stands for “Just Empty Every Pocket”. Luckily I had also purchased an extended warranty which Dan was more than happy to work with. For those of you who have purchased aftermarket warranties, you know it can be quite the undertaking to get repairs approved and shops normally don’t like working with these warranty companies because it adds time to the repair and time down on a vehicle equals lost productivity/revenue. Every step of the way from dropping my daughter’s car off at The Auto Lounge, to the diagnosis of the car’s issues, to the interactions with the warranty company, and any issues that may have arisen when conducting the repair…Dan kept me abreast the entire time. I travel quite a bit for work and Dan was always sure to keep me updated by trying to call me first, leaving a message and then leaving me a text message. Amazing communication! This is quite possibly the step that all dealerships and repair shops get wrong. Dan is a true professional, not just with his tools of the trade, but also from a customer experience perspective. Although I live more than 25 miles away from The Auto Lounge, traveling out to Canton was 100% worth it to have Dan work on my daughter’s Jeep. I am happy to report that the long laundry list of issues with the Jeep are all now resolved and the car is like new. Thank you Dan for setting the gold standard! Consider me a loyal customer. I will be back.

Tina G&S is wonderful. Always friendly, but most important honest. Always does a good job on my Charger. James will give an honest opinion on what needs to be done or not done. Taylor at the front desk is always helpful and friendly. Bring your vehicles here if you want good service at an honest price.

Troy Kossick These guys are great. They’re busy for a reason. Always a fair price and excellent work. I only take my vehicles to these guys. If your vehicle needs tires brakes etc they tell you. If the vehicle doesn’t need tires brakes etc they tell you. These guys treat others the way they themselves would like to be treated. Sound familiar? Thanks Cherokee Tire!
