I called this place to see if they could put in an 02 sensor for me and they said it would be 3 days till they could do the work for me. I kindly explained that Id have to do it before then. They went out of there way to do it for me before I left. They were super kind and welcoming there. They got it done in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Lauri Leiter I had to have my air conditioner checked out due to not blowing cold. I Made a made an appointment to take it in to Chucks Auto repair on Marietta Highway in Canton. Since it would take some time to discover the problem they have a courtesy shuttle and took me home. They not only found the problem but they also did a full evaluation on other systems. Several other things needed to be done to keep my Tahoe in top performance. They sent an itemized invoice of problems for me to approve or do another day. They ordered parts needed but it was over Memorial Day so they offered me a loaner vehicle. They texted me and called me with updates on the repairs frequently. I had excellent bumper to bumper warranty and most of the work was covered and I got a military discount also. I could not be more impressed. They are all kind, courteous, fair priced, and friendly. I totally recommend them for any repairs you might need. I will always take my car there for any repairs.

Frederick V. Honest - Integrity - Professional Finding the right car shop to take your vehicle to is like finding the right dentist. You wouldn’t want just anyone to start hacking away. You need someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also has great bedside manner, over-communicates and does exactly what he says he is going to do. Enough good things cannot be said about Dan, the owner-master technician at The Auto Lounge. After purchasing a Jeep for my daughter, I quickly found out why people say that Jeep stands for “Just Empty Every Pocket”. Luckily I had also purchased an extended warranty which Dan was more than happy to work with. For those of you who have purchased aftermarket warranties, you know it can be quite the undertaking to get repairs approved and shops normally don’t like working with these warranty companies because it adds time to the repair and time down on a vehicle equals lost productivity/revenue. Every step of the way from dropping my daughter’s car off at The Auto Lounge, to the diagnosis of the car’s issues, to the interactions with the warranty company, and any issues that may have arisen when conducting the repair…Dan kept me abreast the entire time. I travel quite a bit for work and Dan was always sure to keep me updated by trying to call me first, leaving a message and then leaving me a text message. Amazing communication! This is quite possibly the step that all dealerships and repair shops get wrong. Dan is a true professional, not just with his tools of the trade, but also from a customer experience perspective. Although I live more than 25 miles away from The Auto Lounge, traveling out to Canton was 100% worth it to have Dan work on my daughter’s Jeep. I am happy to report that the long laundry list of issues with the Jeep are all now resolved and the car is like new. Thank you Dan for setting the gold standard! Consider me a loyal customer. I will be back.

Katherine Hicks Finding a good and trustworthy mechanic is so hard to do and it can be overwhelming. Thank goodness I found Killian Automotive! They are so kind, professional and honest! I cannot say enough good things about this group. Their online booking system is super easy to use. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. They didn’t condescend to me like most car mechanics do to a woman. They performed solid work on my car and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I will be a returning customer
