Charles Rogers Repair - Canton (GA)

Misty Carbonara We were in town from Virginia visiting family when our car started leaking oil. It was a Friday, and most of the shops we called were unable to schedule service until Monday, which is when we were due to head back to VA. Hickory Flat was the closest shop, so we took a chance and drove in without an appointment, hoping for the best. The owner was understanding of our situation and got our car into a bay as soon as possible. The inside area is comfortable and air-conditioned, which was perfect for a hot day. Our car was repaired and we were back on the road in little time. We are so appreciative of the excellent customer service and care of our vehicle. Thank you!

Rosel1953 This is the best place to get your oil changed! They go out of their way to help you and help you understand what is going on with your car! They even notice that my tires were a little low and fix them for me! Tony really goes out of his way to help me and I appreciate that so much! If you need an oil change come here it is the best place and they are fast

Lauri Leiter I had to have my air conditioner checked out due to not blowing cold. I Made a made an appointment to take it in to Chucks Auto repair on Marietta Highway in Canton. Since it would take some time to discover the problem they have a courtesy shuttle and took me home. They not only found the problem but they also did a full evaluation on other systems. Several other things needed to be done to keep my Tahoe in top performance. They sent an itemized invoice of problems for me to approve or do another day. They ordered parts needed but it was over Memorial Day so they offered me a loaner vehicle. They texted me and called me with updates on the repairs frequently. I had excellent bumper to bumper warranty and most of the work was covered and I got a military discount also. I could not be more impressed. They are all kind, courteous, fair priced, and friendly. I totally recommend them for any repairs you might need. I will always take my car there for any repairs.

Brandon Harr First things first! You won’t be disappointed. Had to set up a quick alignment somewhere close by due to having a basemap on my car and not wanting to drive long distances yet. Google didn’t fail either. Searched best alignment shops nearby. Fastlane import came up too rated I believe 5 for 5 stars and almost at the time 300 reviews. I knew my alignment was gonna be bad after having my entire suspension revamped and all new with improvements and adds on. Even spherical adjustables in the rear. They asked my how I wanted it setup. As it’s not an all the time kinda car. As long as the wheels were straight and not to much camber and for my tires not to wear super fast. The set me right out. Right out of the parking lot. Immediately noticed my wheel was finally straight. It had always had a tilt to the left. After 7 alignment shops in 9 years this is the shop to go to. 100%. They will set you up and have top of the line equipment and can tell they care about you car and performance of a good alignment. Thanks guys!! Will be back definitely.
