After reading many reviews about this place being unethical, racist, and to say it plain, should not be in business, against my own better judgment, I decided to give Magic Wrench a shot.The worst mistake I could have ever made. These non qualified mechanics( Most are friends and family of the owner, with no certifications) who are learning on the job, take their time and destroy your vehicle. This is hands down the worst shop in Hinesville, Ga. S&P Automotive Specialists in Richmond Hill, Ga, is a much better option. This shop is horrible and should be sued and put out of business. They will smile in your face, take your money, destroy your vehicle, and have a great laugh about it later amongst themselves. I’m speaking from experience of dealing with this shop. I spent $4,000+ on repairs at Magic Wrench , and had to immediately take it to another shop to have them fix everything Magic Wrench did, which was all done incorrectly. PLEASE .STAY AWAY!!!!!! I have much more say, but I’ll end with this, please don’t patronize this business, they don’t care about you or your vehicle.
