Al Hardy Great repair shoot with outstanding customer service. Staff is always nice and respectful. They worked my vehicle repair into their schedule with no problem. Most importantly, JK&T prices are very affordable. And, their repair work was awesome. Also, theyre located right next door to my home, and it was convenient for me to take my vehicle to them for repair and walk back home in less than 7 minutes. Try them out, and I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed.

James McCampbell Took my corvette to them to replace my automatic transmission shifter, I had my own brand new shifter cable, was told it would be 250.00. When the car was repaired I was told it would be 359.00. I drove my corvette and parked it, I got back into the c5 corvette to drive the car wouldnt start. Come to find out after it was towed back to them that the brand new cable was defeated according to them. So I was told that since I had my own part that I would have to pay again to put old part back in. I was told that the old part was better and that I could replace the bushing which I already had. So, I really didnt have very much of a choice if I wanted to drive my car out of there. So I was charged 430.00 more which included 60.00 charge for the tow.

Carson LaToya (TT) There are not enough stars for me to give the review I want. Extremely professional , respectful and accommodating. To be transparent with the way the world is today when I walked in I said this is not going to be good but low and behold I was greeted with a smile spoken to with respect and compassion considering me and my 7 year old had slept in our car all night I was exhausted and so was she. I was seen promptly and even put on a kid friendly movie for my daughter to watch. Callie was the name I remembered she was a gem. I appreciate all of those who had a hand in getting my car up and running . Only took a few hrs and by morning I was back on the road . Thanks again

Lajaune Scott I am a car sales professional and know how important it is to service your vehicle. I had to replace apart plugs for my 2007 Lincoln Town Car and I needed to replace ignition coils also. Total Car Care not only had my vehicle running like its brand new but went out of their way to discount the labor fees since they installed the spark plugs 3 days before. I totally endorse their fair honest work. I will be sending my vehicle for all services moving forward.

Krista Santiago I took my vehicle to Mike Reed and they wanted me to replace my whole engine(14k) for the timing chain. I went to Rogers Auto Care for a second opinion and thank goodness I did. They changed it with no hesitation or issues. Renee was so nice and kept in contact about everything they were doing. She was honest and upfront. Her and the Techs did an amazing job and my car is running smooth.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the repairs before moving forward. The work was done quickly, and my car runs like new. Bud Stevens Dropped my mower off and was told it would be ready the following week. The guy Richard told me I had to pay 300 down, so ok did that. 2weeks past by so I called to check up on my mower and received very unprofessional customer service to say the least. So after the 3rd week I went to go get my mower and they didnt touch a thing. I paid for a new battery and never received it or a refund. They gave me my parts they ordered but it wasnt worth 300. They still owe me 100 and something dollars til this day. The guy Richard will practically make you beat the brakes off of him. I just left it alone because their not worth taking to court. Customer service is below mediocre.
