Courtney McElroy I contacted Collision N Restoration Specialist after a small accident. They were recommended to me by another satisfied customer. The other car wasnt damaged, so I didnt want an insurance claim, and they were able to get me in super quickly. I was offered two options as far as parts and was given a clear and well written quote. The work was EXCELLENT, the communication fantastic, and they got my car back to me quickly. Honestly couldnt recommend this company more. They have excellent customer service and the value cant be beat!

Gordon Hunt I sold my Expedition to a friend only to soon discover that there was a need for extensive engine work and I couldnt have this young man be stuck with a lemon so he reached out to the best mechanic for this job. Bret was straight forward, detailed in everything that needed to be done and upfront on the things that werent needed as well. Brian Mize On a Mission to exceed expectations! It seems every time I visit Mission Tire, I spend more money than I thought I would when I pulled in to the parking lot. So, why 5 stars? It is because I trust them. They look at the big picture, find the problems that are causing the problems, and they make recommendations. They send me the information on what is wrong with the vehicle I have taken in, and they give me the option on how to proceed. The bottom line is, Ive taken my vehicle elsewhere, spent gobs of money, and then had to take it to Mission to fix what I had repaired at another local shop. I dont even consider taking any of my vehicles to other shops if the repair can be accomplished by the fine folks at Mission. Top Notch in every respect, and genuinely seem interested in making sure I get the value for the spend. As others have mentioned - their communication is beyond the best. If you are looking for an honest, value-oriented, dependable place to service your car or truck - Give them a try. Youll be glad you did.

Kate Murchison Five Stars!! I had an issue with rotors on my new (to me) used car. I was having to deal with a 3rd party warranty company, and Trey and Will made the process seamless! I had them replace rotors, brakes, and had some other services done, like alignment, filter replacement, and it was pristine. It was QUALITY service. They kept me updated throughout the process on what was wrong and what we needed to do in order to fix it. These guys are great. Thank you again, Firestone! Definitely will be coming back!
