5 /5 Sharon Knight: I moved to Cartersville 2 years ago. Needed my car worked on last year so I asked my neighbors for a recommendation for a good auto repair shop. Everyone said KO Automotive was the best and they were right. Ive had an excellent experience every time I have been there. They are courteous, professional, and most importantly honest. Honesty is an attribute that a lot of businesses dont practice anymore and Im very happy I took my neighbors advice and went to KO Automotive. I highly recommend them and plan to keep using them for all my car needs.

5 /5 Malena Dugger: I’ve been going to this auto shop for a few years now. Let me start by saying that I’m a woman and most women know it’s extremely difficult to find an honest and trustworthy auto shop. Scott, Chris and their crew have always gone above and beyond to take care of my car. Not once have I ever been taken advantage of by them. I’ve had tires put on, tire rotations, oil changes, air filter replacements and they’ve even been kind enough to install my fog lights when they went out because my Subaru has an undercarriage guard and I can’t get to my lights. They’re straightforward and tell you how it is, but they won’t ever try to take advantage of you. I appreciate you guys and your team!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have taken it to several shops and even to the dealer, no one will get down to the root cause that I need an engine, the dealer told me that there was nothing they could do for me, well I was told about KO Automotive through a friend of my daughters, I went with apprehension and talked to Chris, he made phone calls but no one ever called me Matt came and started talking to me about my car and he then started making phone calls on my behalf, finally someone took the time to help me my car is not fixed yet but we are working on that, all this to say that Matt went above and beyond for me, he didnt know me from Adam and he listened to me, I left there feeling better than I had in several yesrs, thank you Matt for all you have done for me, I appreciate you so much and I found my auto shop for life,

5 /5 John: Cody was nice enough to give me a ride home when it comes to tires and Cartersville theres simply isnt a better option than KO Automotive I own a locksmith company Northstar lock and door all of my service vehicles are service there Ive never had a bad experience if I could give six stars I would PS give Cody a raise

2 /5 Chaz Roden: Leaving 2 stars because the wheels didnt fall off!! Be sure to get any claimer plan IN WRITING!! Check your yellow alignment dots for proper tire installation. Check your wheels around the center of the mounting nuts for marring from their tire machines. I checked reviews before having my new truck brought here and reviews seemed better than years before, was also recommended to use this place from a well known repair center in town. 1/3/2025 Called ahead to advise that I needed my new tires installed and alignment done of my truck, let them know that I had got my tires through a friends discount at TOYO and was advised that it wasnt a problem that they would do the work. When I was ready to pay, I asked the manager (Scott) that was taking my payment if they had rotate and balance plans, he said "your paying for it" and then took my payment. After getting home, I noticed that the alignment dots were in the correct position on the driver side but not the passenger side, didnt bother calling back because I knew I would be in soon for a rotate/balance, also noticed my wheels had a small amount of marring in a circle around the wheel center, didnt bother them about that either. Definitely check your wheels before/after on a Silverado RST with 20" wheels. 3/18/25 I come in to have the rotate and balance completed and was advised that I dont have thier plan, and it is only offered with tires that are bought from them. They did offer to take care of this service for me today, but I will not be back to this repair center because either they dont stand behind what they say, or either the manager (Scott) does not understand the services they offer. So does this mean that I paid for a service that they will not honor? Probably so! I am easy going and not hard to please and hardly ever leave reviews, but this really bothers me when I am lied to.
