Ervin Spencer Called them for a brake problem on a freightliner business class, and they said the tech would arrive in 2 hours! Well, not even an hour and a half later the tech, Tim, was looking the truck over. Before i could hardly blink he had the problem diagnosed and was gone to get the part and had us going that same day! They are our go to from now on and the price was reasonable! Kate Murchison Five Stars!! I had an issue with rotors on my new (to me) used car. I was having to deal with a 3rd party warranty company, and Trey and Will made the process seamless! I had them replace rotors, brakes, and had some other services done, like alignment, filter replacement, and it was pristine. It was QUALITY service. They kept me updated throughout the process on what was wrong and what we needed to do in order to fix it. These guys are great. Thank you again, Firestone! Definitely will be coming back!

A Campbell Great Shop & Staff. Complete rebuild of my 2005 140k miles Silverado 1500 4L65 transmission. Very experienced, organized facilities, inside and out. You dont see signs of overbooking with cars loaded up n the lot. No delays. Runs like a new truck.

Aleksi Vasquez My breaks went out the other day while I was driving and I was really worried since I haven’t gone to any mechanic since my dad passed (he used to do all the work on my cars). My wife called around to a few places and no one could get to my car and some were very rude on the phone. The guys at Auto experts said they could get to my car by Thursday (it was Tuesday) so we towed the car there. They ended up calling me the same day with the diagnostic, price including the labor and taxes and informed me they would get to work the next day. Well they called me Wednesday around 1 and they were already done! A few days sooner than I expected and my car is back on the road! I appreciate their professionalism and transparency with prices. It helped make this situation with my car feel less overwhelming. Thanks guys!
