Scott Tisdale I had the absolute best experience recently at City Muffler. In order to not miss work I needed a small repair done same-day. After driving to 4 local shops it was recommended to me (by Robbie of Robbie’s Auto Repair in Dallas, GA) that I drive over to City Muffler. Upon arrival I was immediately met by a fellow named Pickle who simply asked for the keys to my truck and then drove it straight into the lift. I was out the door in 20 minutes with the best price possible! I highly recommend City Muffler to anyone who appreciates a perfect balance of technical proficiency and customer care!!!

Did a great job right in my driveway. No waiting at the dealership for hours and you can’t beat the price. He was also informative about next steps when I’d need brakes next time. Claud E I need to start this review by saying this is my first ever review of any company or product. My boyfriend and I were driving through to get to Florida for Thanksgiving. We were sold bad gas by a gas station up the road. We called everyone the morning of Thanksgiving and our prayers were answered when we called WB’s. Bobby picked my boyfriend up on Thanksgiving morning and drove us to our car and had our car fixed within 24hrs. Bobby is an incredibly kind and selfless individual. Not only did he go above and beyond for us in our time of desperation he was also very fair in his pricing and was very reliable. If I wasn’t just driving through GA WB’s would have my business for years. I cannot thank you enough for all of your help! Attached is a picture of the gas pulled from my tank.

Often, you find yourself at the mercy of mechanic you find. Thankfully, I ended up at DNL Automotive in Cartersville, Georgia. Danny saved my day. Two shops said they didnt do "that" kind of work. Sharon Knight I moved to Cartersville 2 years ago. Needed my car worked on last year so I asked my neighbors for a recommendation for a good auto repair shop. Everyone said KO Automotive was the best and they were right. Ive had an excellent experience every time I have been there. They are courteous, professional, and most importantly honest. Jarod Gidding Styles has always taken care of me when I’ve needed repairs for my car. They recently replaced a drive pulley and serpentine belt. Work was done quickly and was very reasonably priced. They also provided me with ways to drop off and pick up my vehicle during non business hours so I didn’t have to change my work/life schedule. Very helpful.

Carl Zook I had both exhaust manifold gaskets replaced, Keith is a professional mechanic and done an excellent job. He is honest, dependable and very reasonable on his prices.
