Everyone said KO Automotive was the best and they were right. Ive had an excellent experience every time I have been there. They are courteous, professional, and most importantly honest. Honesty is an attribute that a lot of businesses dont practice anymore and Im very happy I took my neighbors advice and went to KO Automotive. Tanner Ford Driving home from work and my truck broke down on the side of the interstate, I was still an hour and a half away from home. I got my truck towed to KAMS and boy was I lucky. In short, my truck was prioritized once the issue was discovered and they did that so that I could get back home to be with my family. The owner talked to me, the front desk talked to me and were nothing short of kind and good people, the mechanics came out and kept me informed of what the issue was and their plan to fix it. The waiting area was even spotless and little things like that mean a lot and they aren’t like where I am from. The price was fair and to be honest I wish I lived closer because I would 100% make sure my family and extended family would go to them for anything auto related.You guys and gals were very very kind and I will forever be grateful for your help.

Gordon Hunt I sold my Expedition to a friend only to soon discover that there was a need for extensive engine work and I couldnt have this young man be stuck with a lemon so he reached out to the best mechanic for this job. Bret was straight forward, detailed in everything that needed to be done and upfront on the things that werent needed as well. He did the work well and professionally and without any hidden charges or changes. The truck is like new and good to go for another 150k+ and we are ALL happy about the great ride for this family with kids and their like-new SUV.
