5 /5 Sherry Chapman: Dr Howard is extremely knowledgeable, personable, punctual, never have had to wait very long to be called back by the nurse or for Dr Howard to enter the room,great bedside manner, thoroughly explains and answers any issues or questions you may have. The entire staff is very friendly courteous professional and helpful. The Harbin clinic patient portal is extremely thorough, easy to use, and overall a great tool for any questions or concerns you may have concerning your health care, visits, billing, or payment. I highly recommend this practice. They also have an in-house lab which is very convenient.

5 /5 Cheri Crump: Brittany in the lab is so awesome! It’s getting harder to draw blood from me and she always gets it the first time! I have had a great experience in X-ray also. Everyone in the office is always very polite and willing to help! Great place for your health care needs!

1 /5 Crystal Brackett: Tried to make my daughter an appt and the receptionist had the worst customer service. Instead of coming out and stating the doctor wasn’t taking in new patients, due to short staffing, she just flat out told me she couldn’t make an appt bc she’d never been a patient here and the doctor didn’t have time to see my child- she then told me to take my child to the ER! I understand being short staffed but a little kindness goes along way, especially when you have a child needing medical attention- you shouldn’t have to deal with rude, hateful, and inconsiderate receptionists. Maybe upon making the appointment, start asking “have you been a patient here before” then state “ we aren’t taking new patients at this time” I chose harbin clinic because their website stated how much care they have and compassion..this was NOT the case for us. I’m rather glad my daughter won’t be a patient here!

5 /5 Ted Yarbrough: It was a wonderful experience. I checked in at the front, checked in at the clinic, had my blood work painlessly done immediately, did my urine specimen, and was out the door in 10 minutes. Arrived a bit early and out the door 2 minutes past my appointment time. I wish that all the Harbin labs required appointments.

3 /5 Candy Smith: I miss Dr Horne. Nobody compares to the care and concern that he truly had for his patients. Dr Howard is a good doctor but getting a appointment is hard to do. The doctor I seen today seemed easily overwhelmed.
