1 /5 Megan Hall: If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never in my life experienced what I did with the front office staff here. After waiting for months for my daughters appointments, they called and removed one of my daughters appts the day before claiming “an insurance issue and that she had been seen somewhere else in October”. This was completely false as this is the ONLY dentist office we use due to insurance restrictions and only being able to get in to be seen at this office. I informed her that she he never been seen anywhere else and she replied it wasn’t her problem and to take that up with insurance. I reluctantly agreed to move her appt to May but kept my 2 years olds visit for today since it would be her very first visit ever since she is only 2. This office is 45 mins away from where we live, so I called first thing upon opening to move her visit to May as well because it didn’t make sense to make 2 separate trips that take me almost 2 hours each. The receptionist said that this was not possible because they wouldn’t be accepting new patients until July and if I cancelled today, she couldn’t be seen til then. I made the appts MONTHS in advance mind you. I asked to speak with a supervisor because she was so rude and making me uncomfortable and she informed me she was the only one in office (mind you they open at 9:00 AM so I know there are others in office). The phone was hung up with no resolution. I called back to let her know I would go ahead and head that way for my 2 year olds appt since this was her first visit, we have already waited months to be seen and she didn’t need to wait till July to be seen. When she answered again, she said that was my decision and the phone was hung up. I was then called back by a SEPARATE employee that claimed they would not be seeing us. When I asked why, he claimed he was sitting there the whole time and I was the issue. Mind you, she told me no one else was in office for me to speak to when I told her I was uncomfortable speaking to her and asked to speak to a supervisor. I then informed him she made that statement and he replied he only heard the second phone call of me saying I was bringing her so not to have to wait till July. So they both were lying also…. Perfect. He claims he has worked with her for many years and she has never been rude… Our very first visit to this office, she got into an argument with a patient while I was sitting in the waiting area so I know this wasn’t true. He then informed me they would be removing our visits and their office wasn’t a good fit for my family. This is the only thing he was correct about! If you are looking for a warm and welcoming place that truly care for your children, then this isn’t the place for you. I minded my business the first visit when I witnessed the front desk personnel arguing (really a screaming match) with a patients parent but decided to move forward with the visit due to my children needing to be seen and us waiting on the previous appts for months. I wish I would have paid attention then and sought another dentist office right away. So if you are looking for a hole in the wall, TEMU version of a dentist office and staff, that care nothing about your children or you… then this is the place for you!! Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this nor have I ever written a complaint. I will be sure to let any and everyone know, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

5 /5 Pippa McCraw: I had to find my 11 year old a new dentist so I was pretty nervous with having to start all over but I was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff had smiles on their faces and seemed happy to help you which was wonderful! The dentist was very professional and thorough. He was actually the one who cleaned my daughters teeth. He took an interest in her oral health care and went over everything without me having to ask any questions. I am very pleased with our visit and look forward to returning in 6 months.

1 /5 Nikki: Terrible dental office. First time i went here, the girl cleaning my teeth used a pick and was aggressively picking the back of my teeth which was painful and PURPOSELY broke off my permanent retainer that was glued on there and had nothing wrong with it. She tried saying it was already broken and like that even though i literally experienced her ripping it off. The cleaning was sped through under 10 minutes. No other office accepted my insurance so i just let it go and i didn’t even know what to say because i was traumatized and im also autistic so that was just an awful experience for me. I had cavities and needed fillings still not having another office accept my insurance so i get an appointment to do that which is 2 months away. Cavities should be filled immediately. The day of appointment i get there and sit and wait a whole hour while new people that come in go in back before me and the front desk says “We”re backed up”. My appointment was at 3pm. Other people came after that time and went in before me. I got there 10mins early.What a joke. Never got the fillings walked out. Rather pay out of pocket then drive 40 minutes to come to this office again for free. EDIT: They also said they don’t do wisdom teeth there even though they took x-rays of my teeth. You can see wisdom teeth in the x-rays. All i needed to know was if they were coming in. They then say they don’t do referrals but i can call said place to check for wisdom teeth. You’re a dental office you can see wisdom teeth in x-rays you’re educated for this.

5 /5 lindsey Elmore: I can’t say enough good things about this dentist office. There is not a person I have come in contact there that hasn’t been friendly and very helpful. In a life time of experiences in dentist offices this has been by far the absolute best experience. They have a very transparent atmosphere which is amazing as a parent. Most dentist offices do not let you go back with your children which can be a bit stressful when you want to be there for your children. Tender Touch Dentistry never separated me from my children. They were patient and kind to each of my children and explained things on a level that kept my kids interested. My oldest son left the office saying he thinks he would like to be a dentist one day. This office is not just supporting dental heath they are inspiring children to love dentistry. Great team, great atmosphere, outstanding experience.
