He is very professional and also doesn’t try to get over on you by making you you pay for things the car doesn’t need. He was super informative on where to get parts from for a better price. The whole staff and shop is all around very nice and gives off great energy. I definitely would recommend to see this shop if you want honest, fair and great quality auto care!!!

Abe Mcalister I called PJ, told him my car was overheating potentially due to a leak. Brought the car in an hour later, spoke with him briefly and left. A day and a half later he calls me up, tells me that he replaced the water pump and the car is running fine. Im very satisfied with the service I received, ended up being about 450 dollars.

James McCampbell Took my corvette to them to replace my automatic transmission shifter, I had my own brand new shifter cable, was told it would be 250.00. When the car was repaired I was told it would be 359.00. I drove my corvette and parked it, I got back into the c5 corvette to drive the car wouldnt start. Come to find out after it was towed back to them that the brand new cable was defeated according to them. So I was told that since I had my own part that I would have to pay again to put old part back in. I was told that the old part was better and that I could replace the bushing which I already had. So, I really didnt have very much of a choice if I wanted to drive my car out of there. So I was charged 430.00 more which included 60.00 charge for the tow.

Samantha Daniels I had my ball joints fixed here, staff was very friendly and helpful. Did exactly what they said they would do. Price was good as well. Updated me on my car through the day and my car was done when they said it would be. They have also been helpful with some tire needs I’ve had. Will be using them again!

Vaden Nissan Hinesville Service
Jackie Thompson The tech did not stop until the job was done right and the check in/out person gave multiple updates throughout the day traveling back and forth between the tech and myself. Unfortunately the prior glass shop had rewired the cameras and safety system wrong but the Hinesville Nissan tech got it all fixed. Something that should have been simple turned into a massive job but the tech stuck with it and got it done before the end of the day. I was given updates regularly and the customer service was impressive. Ive even changed my dealership to the Hinesville location in My Nissan app based on this experience.
