Took our car in towards their closing time and they still took a look at our car. They were able to get us back on the road in 45min. Sent a half gallon of coolant with us for no charge as well

Scott Hastings As usual, the service tech did the best job ever on my alignment. But what really sold me on this store forever is how I saw Barron treat an 82 year old female customer in the store. She had her car in last week for a half shaft and seals. She brought it back today since it wasn’t driving right. Barron took a look at it and sat down with her to explain that he didn’t want her driving it home - it wasn’t safe. He ordered a Nissan OEM part that would take a couple days to come in. He told her he wasn’t going to charge her anything to do the replacement and even drove her home in his personal car! Most places would’ve taken advantage of her so I was so pleased to see how well these folks take care of their customers! You just don’t see that anymore! THANKS Barron! You’re one of a kind!!!

They were able to take my car into the shop on extremely short notice and repair my front bumper and headlights within a matter of days. The front desk attendant, Ms. Delena, was very helpful in discussing all the options and giving an itemized list of repairs I did or didnt want, and we were able to reduce the full frontal repair price down to $1400. It was genuinely great to work with them, and they helped me out of a very difficult spot. Would highly recommend their services!

I have had to take my car in twice in the last 5 months (for very different reasons ) and both times they were prompt, respectful, and completely fair. The employees and technicians are obviously well-trained and can answer any questions or do whatever youre going to need them to. I would 10/10 recommend AMMCO, they are the kindest, most honest, and most diligent auto shop that I have worked with. This last time I brought my car in, they couldnt duplicate the problem that I was experiencing, but they worked on it throughout an entire week, going above and beyond to make sure that my car was safe to drive. Then, they told me they did the entire work on courtesy because they couldnt find anything wrong with it. That was so generous. These guys are the best auto shop in Macon, and possibly, the world.
