From the start, he was accommodating, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Once he got a look at my car, he was honest and transparent about the issue, even comparing it to what the dealership had claimed. What really stood out to me was his thoroughness and care for his work. Despite my vehicle having electrical issues, Lam went above and beyond to ensure my family and I could get home safely. Scott Hastings As usual, the service tech did the best job ever on my alignment. But what really sold me on this store forever is how I saw Barron treat an 82 year old female customer in the store. She had her car in last week for a half shaft and seals. She brought it back today since it wasn’t driving right. Barron took a look at it and sat down with her to explain that he didn’t want her driving it home - it wasn’t safe. He ordered a Nissan OEM part that would take a couple days to come in. He told her he wasn’t going to charge her anything to do the replacement and even drove her home in his personal car! Most places would’ve taken advantage of her so I was so pleased to see how well these folks take care of their customers! You just don’t see that anymore! THANKS Barron! You’re one of a kind!!!

We were able to rent a Budget van to get where we needed to. Monday they had the vehicle fixed for us and on the road.
