He never tried to sale me on a service not needed. There were absolutely no "pressure" tactics involved. If I ever need transmission work, Id feel good about this place.

Troy Kossick These guys are great. They’re busy for a reason. Always a fair price and excellent work. I only take my vehicles to these guys. If your vehicle needs tires brakes etc they tell you. Misty Carbonara We were in town from Virginia visiting family when our car started leaking oil. It was a Friday, and most of the shops we called were unable to schedule service until Monday, which is when we were due to head back to VA. Hickory Flat was the closest shop, so we took a chance and drove in without an appointment, hoping for the best. The owner was understanding of our situation and got our car into a bay as soon as possible. The inside area is comfortable and air-conditioned, which was perfect for a hot day. Our car was repaired and we were back on the road in little time. We are so appreciative of the excellent customer service and care of our vehicle. Thank you!

Carlos Mejias Went there because my a/c was blowing cool, but not cold. They also did a full inspection and told me about things I needed to be aware of. Seemed very fairly priced. She even called me a few days later just to make sure things were still good. After making the drive to Florida and back, my a/c is still blowing nice and cold. Plan on taking the van back to get the brakes done soonish.
