1 /5 sian garcia: I took my Mercedes Benz there about 8 months ago they said it was my turbo . I bought the part myself and they fixed my car. The first day I went to pick up the car it was worse than when I brought it there. As soon as I did test run engine light came on l, I had no lights on my car but tire had to argue them down that I was not taking my car back until fixed. The lady called and said it was a part missing and my oil and coolant had leaked out and they replaced it. I did an oil change and days before bringing it there and I have receipts. I picked up my car and it drove better than when they first gave it to me. I have the initial diagnostic they gave me which stated turbo. He said it was a part in the turbo and it would be best to replace the whole thing. The next day I am taking my car to get the brakes changed since I had full service oil change and new tires. Within 10 minutes of my drive I heard a loud bang with metal grinding and my car goes down. I call them back and told them they blocked my number. I was told the mechanic or the owner speaks English. I spent thousands. So my car sat for 7 months because I did not have the money and then I take the car to Mercedes Benz and they let me know that the car had over 8 codes all about turbo and oil basically my car is fried done . I asked Mercedes Benz if they can fix it and they said that they will not because the problems and codes are coming from this shop and they messed up my car by not putting it back together properly plugs missing. They gave me a referral to a lawyer and stated that they will come to court to testify what was stated above with the diagnostic they did showing this shop is responsible. I am ok with people making mistakes for I am not perfect but not making it right is where the problem lies. I am paying a car not and full insurance on a car that I have not driven in nearly a year. I want you to know that my lawyer will be in touch and I got all the receipts. Btw most of these great reviews comes from the previous owner not them they are the new owners. And I hope to God that this shop is Mercedes Benz certified as they advertise. Peace joy and prosperity to all that reads this

1 /5 Christopher Sanchez-Quiros: Didn’t want to be the first to leave a bad review but since I see it’s the tend I feel it’s fair to warn others. Brought my car in for a broken pulley (Ryan had replaced another one for like $200 the prior time so expected similar from the new owners). I authorized an $80 diagnostic fee (nothing more) was told they were going to call me and it would be at least a week. I finally hear back nearly two weeks later my car is fixed and it’s $1100! Again last conversation I authorized $80 diagnostic fee nothing more!! She gave me a list of things my car “needed” several of which had already been done by Ryan prior and definitely not needed! When I made a big deal about it she said she’d call me back. I get the call back “I’m sorry I had a different customers invoice yours is $648”. Again i only authorized $80 ! I paid it anyway just to get my car back. 3 weeks later I get a call from a rude guy asking what am i doing with my car it’s been sitting there for weeks and it has to be paid. I say you have the wrong person I picked up my car weeks ago I don’t owe anything. He insisted that they still have my car and I owe them. I again say “ no you have the wrong person my car is in my driveway I picked it up weeks ago”. He finally says oh i guess I have the wrong invoice and hangs up. Yeah hell will freeze over before i bring my car to them again! I miss Ryan!!!! ☹️

The receptionist, Mary is very professional, helpful and kind when it comes to your accommodations such as searching for parts and pricing of the labor. The company completed a diagnostic on my 2013 BMW for 130.00 and then let me apply that amount to any additional services.
