5 /5 Amariah Love: From first contact to walking out of the door, I was beyond impressed with Rob the Blonde Mechanic. First, it was fantastic that I could text the front desk person with questions after Id booked an appointment. Next, she greeted me sweetly and showed me into a super comfortable waiting room with water, coffee, a corner that would actually keep small kids entertained, and most importantly for me: a comfortable couch with lots of pillows. Im a disabled 35 year old with EDS, and sitting in an uncushioned seat for half an hour or more can ruin an entire day or even week with the pain it causes. I needed a simple oil change and I got in on the same day, no wait, and no attempts to up-sell me. The price was more than reasonable, and the experience didnt stress me out. The art on the walls made me feel welcome too. And to top it all off, they left a handwritten thank you note in my car, along with a little gift, as pictured. Highly recommend!!!

5 /5 Brian Harris: The absolute best experience Ive had with a mechanic shop. It started when I called and Melissa answered the phone. She was professional and courteous and explained their process. She was more than accommodating, being that I didnt have an appointment, she was still able to get me in. I brought my truck in the next morning and Dai, one of the technicians, came out and looked at my truck and talked to me like we had known each other all our lives. He let me know that hed get me taken care of and that he did. Their level of communication is second to none and I highly recommend this shop for your car repairs.

They were very Professional, knowledgeable, Thorough and Friendly. I had another incident with my car shaking when braking and I took it to Rob and it was handle in 1 day. Her and her staff are very professional, dependable, and honest when it comes to what you need to get down. She gives every customer the vip treatment no matter what maker, year, or model of your vehicle. Not only do I enjoy taking my car to her shop for total car care, the best part is feeling lime you are home while waiting for your car. The waiting area is the best that I have seen in my 42 years of life. I will and do recommend her shop to my family and friends.

I love the video that is provided to show you exactly whats going on with your car. The way her business is set up provides comfort and full understanding. Ill be taking my car to this business as well. Lastly, I love the different payment options. The entire team is extremely professional.
