3 /5 PR CEO “BranTh3Don”: Stay vigilant with this place!
Took my European automobile here to get a 2nd opinion/diagnostic and was told they couldn’t find anything wrong – no issues – and I’d need to contact a European specialist to find any issues.
Took my vehicle to another repair shop that “specializes” in Euro vehicles, to get a 3rd opinion, and they were able to immediately diagnose and fix the issue expeditiously. Now my car is back on the road… problem free!
Not sure what the 1st and 3rd repair shops found that Gibbs (2nd) Automotive couldn’t. Either they didn’t want to fix my vehicle, or didn’t know how to.
But, I did appreciate the customer service provided during the check-in process was smooth and painless – she was warm, friendly and professional!
And a Big thanks for the follow-up, when it was explained to me that, unfortunately, “they didn’t feel comfortable fixing my vehicle.” I appreciate that type of honesty and transparency! We can all agree that we look for that when dealing with auto repairs.
