5 /5 Aaliyah King: Amazing customer service, Dave is a wonderful Mechanic fixed my car with no problem . A lot of people don’t realize no matter what car you drive; BMW, Mercedes, Audi , Toyota, Honda, etc. You know that you have to spend money for amazing work . I love it at this shop and would never go anywhere else I’m getting what I paid for which is top and quality service.

5 /5 K Majesty: This is the second time Ive entrusted my car repairs to West Automotive and once again they did not disappoint. They try their best to find the best price for parts needed and they have experienced experts on their team to get the job done. They even went above and beyond by tidying up the cargo part of my SUV for me. I had pencils and a few Easter decorations laying out and they took time out to organize it all for me without me even asking. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of automotive maintenance or repairs. Thank you so much West Automotive for dedicating the care and time invested in my vehicle.

1 /5 Janet Lee: I took my car here a couple of months ago I had issues with the upper and lower arm, ok kool, then they said I needed motor mount, ok, so got that fixed but there was something else that needed to be fixed they were waiting on the part so I got charges labor fee twice, but my main complaint was when i accelerate the car jerks. Dave drove the car didn’t know what was wrong. I took the car to 2 other shops and both places said that the reason for the shaking is the transmission is bad and the repairs that west ave did was a waste of my money because the car is on its last leg.. Moral of the story is if one shop can’t give you answers to your concerns shop around before you spend your money.. The people acted nice to milk my money. That’s their lost because the other shop is so professional and organized.. it’s sad that I couldn’t do business with my people but hey I support business that supports my best interest! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

5 /5 Brenda Levell: We all know how difficult it is to find a reputable auto shop. Well, look no further. Ive been here twice for minor repairs. The 1st one was to have 2 nails removed in my tire and repaired. When they were done, I was informed that it was just one nail removed. They couldve easily charged me for 2 repairs. A HONEST AUTO SHOP!!! The 2nd was today for an oil change. I was settling in for a long wait but they are about business. Got me in and out relatively quickly - on a Saturday!
