paulette Thompson I have had the pleasure of working with Ronnie at the Athens Auto Clinic as well as Bobby at the Madison County Collison Clinic. Both of these men are very knowledgeable, professional, caring of their customers. Bobby at the MCCC worked with me and my insurance company to ensure that the parts used to repair my car were not subpar and safe for me to have on the road again. I know some companies only care about the money aspect of it, but not at these locations. They actually care about their customers and their safety. Ronnie at the AAC was amazing to work with as well. He took the time to actually show me the issue with my vehicle and what it would take to repair/correct it. He had me back on the road in a short time and told me to call him if I had any issues. I cannot recommend these locations enough!! Honest, professional, caring and very knowledgeable.

Evans Centrael “Sonny” I’ve used them many times. Under new management now and that brings a fresh update and improved communication. I’ve always felt like they were fair - price wise - and have never had issues with my vehicle following a repair. They’ll uber you home too if you need to drop off a car. Just a good place to work with.

Bob Greenfield Chuck was quick to respond when my son’s truck broke down. He promptly went out to my son’s apartment, diagnosed the problem, and was able to get everything fixed very quickly for a very reasonable price. We couldn’t be happier!

Payton Schubert Great guys! Would defiantly recommend these guys if you are having any issues with your vehicle. Took my 2010 vw cc in for a check engine light and coolant gauge not working. After only having it there for a day Dixon called me saying it was fixed and ready to pick up. I also paid way less than I was expecting. I cannot explain how thankful I am for these guys help.

Sean Madderra Some of the most honest guys Ive ever met. And super helpful. They gave me charts and diagrams and advice when I told them I was doing the ac compressor replacement myself. They inspected my parts and everything too. Very impressive service. Will come here for everything in the future.

Julie Morris This was my first experience with Japanese Motor Works and it went so smoothly. I brought my vehicle to them for a 60k service. They were super friendly and communicative, and did a great job making me feel comfortable and doing the service required for this mileage. The owner was present and we had a great conversation with him. They even noticed a small part that was not replaced when I last had it in for service at the dealership, found another one for me, and installed it. I will be back.

Francis Zach “Shipping Pics” I went out with my family to eat some fried chicken and watch a ballgame. This dude Tyler pops out of the doorway and says "Hey guys, you like cars?" Long story short. Tyler is awesome. The cars are also neat.

Grace Goryoka We had a fantastic experience with George at Athens Auto Repair. Him and his team did a wonderful job on my older car. They were quick, honest, affordable, and fair. I never felt like I was being upsold or misled. My entire experience was amazing and the only thing that was better than their great work was their customer service. George was incredibly friendly, professional, respectful, and helpful. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I’ve definitely found mine. I’ll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend them!
