Ryan Mcdougal Great customer service and always took the time to explain any other needs to my vehicle that I didn’t know about. They never pushed extra services like others tend to do and the waiting room has quality seating and beverages to make it very comfortable while waiting. I think I have a new place for all my cars needs! Highly recommend this place!

Jordan Ferrari I encountered a crank/start/no run issue with my 2021 VW Passat SE. Payton Schubert Great guys! Would defiantly recommend these guys if you are having any issues with your vehicle. Took my 2010 vw cc in for a check engine light and coolant gauge not working. After only having it there for a day Dixon called me saying it was fixed and ready to pick up. I also paid way less than I was expecting. I cannot explain how thankful I am for these guys help.

Dennis Nash I had the pleasure of meeting Danny at Pro Transmutation on March 2025 because I had a 1992 jeep Comanche with unknown transmission problems. They checked it out analyzing and finding the multiple problems then contacted me with a detailed explanation and estimate of what the problems could cost . I agreed to it within 3 days it was determined that a few more problems were found we discussed the cost agreed then the next day it was ready for pickup. They were exact fast and extremely fair in the price. They kept me informed and did exactly what was done on the cost sheet. My truck is fixed runs excellent I could not be happier! This truck because of its age and problems was not an easy fix but they did a most professional job! I recommend these professionals they do exactly what they said Promises made Promises kept! They now have a customer for a long time! You won’t go wrong using these services! Job well done!

Julie Morris This was my first experience with Japanese Motor Works and it went so smoothly. I brought my vehicle to them for a 60k service. They were super friendly and communicative, and did a great job making me feel comfortable and doing the service required for this mileage. The owner was present and we had a great conversation with him. They even noticed a small part that was not replaced when I last had it in for service at the dealership, found another one for me, and installed it. I will be back.
