Katherine White I was very sad to have to leave my last mechanic due to a move, and chose this team due to their proximity and customer satisfaction. Still, I was nervous when it came time to bring in my cars. From start to finish, front to back of the shop, I could not have had a better experience. Every interaction was friendly, thorough, and professional. Trista is a gem who helped the day run so smoothly. The real cherry on top was when I got to speak with Mike during pick up after the test drive. We have an old car that we are trying to just get another year or two out of, so of course it does not run perfectly. Mike identified some likely problems to make me aware, and gave me some idea of what to expect with longevity of the car. He did so in a way that was knowledgeable without being pushy, ending the conversation with explaining how we can fix everything or nurse things along. Being listened to and given a true spectrum of care has been rare in my experience, and I appreciated it from the bottom of my heart. I could not recommend this team more!

Leslie G Another great experience at Alan Cox Automotive. We took our 2006 S2000 to them after a battery issue. The battery was 1 year old however, the S2000 was a weekend sports car and has not been driven for a while. We took the car to a local shop that sells the battery we purchased and had them check the car our out. They found several things, told us the battery was 3 years old yadda, yadda yadda... We took the car to Alan Cox and they evaluated the car, gave us their recommendations and we had work done on what we could afford at the time. Quick return on their part, gave us the list of items they found. All and all we were pleased with the work and care they took with our car.

Him Her Moe and Ike are the Absolute Best In the Industry Hands Down. They both have the knowledge, experience, and expertise of over 20 years in Rolls Royce Mercedes Benz BMW Range Rover and Exotics like Ferrari McLaren Lamborghini. It’s a Good sign when the big dealerships themselves send vehicles to these guys for repairs when even their own corporate techs aren’t capable of diagnosing and doing the work they do The Level of automotive software programming ans engineering these guys have with the top of the line Vehicle computers they have and use in this shop is more advanced than I’ve seen in any shops in last 20 years in Atlanta and it’s the reason why they are the ONLY ones to touch ALL of my cars in past 20 years. The quality of work and timely execution as well as incredible pricing for the service and level of work they do is unmatched. They Fixed all my AMG cars with latest star programming there’s nothing I’ve not seen these guys do they have saved me TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars avoiding the “Stealership” if you have come across this shop or these 2 gentleman and this review you are some of the few blessed enough to be in connection with the Best Automotive Repair professionals in the industry. Celaundra Raspberry I had the absolute best experience with Malones! My baby is back on the road and in pristine condition. Having an expensive car with expensive repairs, I know I received the best deal on pricing for the repairs by their certified mechanics. No shade-tree mechanics over there. Christina’s customer service is TOP NOTCH! She thoroughly explained the repair details and was patient with my gazillion questions… and that made a world of difference! The service and correspondence was top tier as he helped me address some of my concerns I had with the vehicle after being garaged for an extended amount of time. He helped me get my car road worthy and ready for a long road trip immediately following service and ready for shipment in upcoming weeks to my next assignment. Road trip completed without incident and the car cruised easily and effortlessly as I completed 800+ miles over a weekend trip to FL.
