The service and correspondence was top tier as he helped me address some of my concerns I had with the vehicle after being garaged for an extended amount of time. He helped me get my car road worthy and ready for a long road trip immediately following service and ready for shipment in upcoming weeks to my next assignment. Road trip completed without incident and the car cruised easily and effortlessly as I completed 800+ miles over a weekend trip to FL. bcnguyen My wife and I and our baby were on our way back from a road trip. With still around 6 hours drive left to go, we noticed a light come on indicating acharge system issue. We called around hoping to get our vehicle serviced immediately. Luckily, this place was kind enough to squeeze us in despite not having an appointment. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and they were patient with us as we waited with an uncomfortable and screaming baby for the few hours until they fixed the issue. Ended up needing a new alternator and considering they seemed already booked and I imagine replacing an alternator is not a super easy task, we truly appreciated them working with us. They also provided and installed a clamp for a hose and topped off oil. All for a reasonable price in my opinion. The lady at the desk even helped us console our baby while we were waiting. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this mechanic shop if you are in need of vehicle repairs. Super genuine and kind people and fair prices.
