Daniel T 2 weeks ago, my Volvo V90 started acting up, the engine stalled while stopping. I immediately called my dealership, as I have been doing the last 5 years. However, they informed they would not be able to get the car in for another 3 weeks. I explained to them how urgently I needed the car, especially during the last leg of the Summer vacation month. My service advisor reassured me he’d call back whenever he has a slot to put me in. He never called back. Out of desperation, my wife post on our neighborhood FB group for recommendations. One of our neighbors replied with Syncro Car Care. I immediately setup an appointment online. The rest is history… Syncro didnt just fix it—they delivered an ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL experience from start to finish! If you drive a European luxury car like mine and demand top-tier expertise coupled with genuine care, speed, quality, precise communication and reasonable price….. Syncro is THE place to go in the West Cobb/ Kennesaw area. I’m so glad I found a local repair shop & no longer have to go back to the Volvo dealership for any maintenance needs! Thank you!!

wes frey28 Met with Mac and Jesse today to get a pre-purchase inspection. I was blown away with their warm approach and openness, inviting us to follow them from the beginning to the end of the inspection. I’m sure today wasn’t too busy for them and results may vary, but they made me feel like I was making the most informed and educated decision possible. No exaggerating the flaws to get more business down the line and absolute transparency, with the owner Mac even telling me where I could go for a better price. They have definitely earned my business and trust in the future. Don’t be afraid of the few bad reviews they have, their new mechanic team is top-notch and the boss seems unafraid to get his hands dirty. Really refreshing to get the honest opinion of a hands-on mechanic, rather than a pre-packaged (and liability-concerned) mechanics report. Great and knowledgeable people.

Maria Angelopoulos Carters was highly recommended by several people across multiple East Cobb/Marietta Facebook groups - and now I know why. Long story short, my car was doing "something funny" and while my car-savvy husband tinkered on it a bit, we knew we needed to take it to true professionals. From the time I booked my appointment through the time I picked my car up, they were friendly, professional, communicative, and informative. The were conservative in their approach and offered us options. Oh,and they didnt judge me for how long I let my car go without an oil change (personal issues caused a serious delay). Thank you so much for taking care of my car!

bcnguyen My wife and I and our baby were on our way back from a road trip. With still around 6 hours drive left to go, we noticed a light come on indicating acharge system issue. We called around hoping to get our vehicle serviced immediately. Luckily, this place was kind enough to squeeze us in despite not having an appointment. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and they were patient with us as we waited with an uncomfortable and screaming baby for the few hours until they fixed the issue. Ended up needing a new alternator and considering they seemed already booked and I imagine replacing an alternator is not a super easy task, we truly appreciated them working with us. They also provided and installed a clamp for a hose and topped off oil. All for a reasonable price in my opinion. The lady at the desk even helped us console our baby while we were waiting. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this mechanic shop if you are in need of vehicle repairs. Super genuine and kind people and fair prices.

Jayde H I had an amazing experience at The Auto Doc! I needed a new water pump and CV boot for my Lexus ES350, and from the start, Anthony gave me honest and trustworthy vibes. Leslie G Another great experience at Alan Cox Automotive. We took our 2006 S2000 to them after a battery issue. The battery was 1 year old however, the S2000 was a weekend sports car and has not been driven for a while. We took the car to a local shop that sells the battery we purchased and had them check the car our out. They found several things, told us the battery was 3 years old yadda, yadda yadda... We took the car to Alan Cox and they evaluated the car, gave us their recommendations and we had work done on what we could afford at the time. Quick return on their part, gave us the list of items they found. All and all we were pleased with the work and care they took with our car.

Tom Pinheiro Finally found a trustworthy auto shop! The staff at Marietta Auto Fix are honest and competent. They fixed an engine problem in my car that other shops couldnt solve. The service is excellent, always attentive and helpful. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality and reliability!
