1 /5 David Ferrer: Had my alternator replaced here a few months ago, I was told by the owner it was going to be a brand new part. Eventually I end up having problems with my car wanting to stay turned on. I call multiple times about the issue and never got a call back. Don’t tell your customers that they will be getting a brand new part just to turn around and lie to them with a “ aftermarket, Junkyard” replacement part. That’s now how business is done.
What’s worse is that I had left a five star previously, because I thought the service was well done, but sadly it wasn’t.
