Doug Bess The threads on three studs of one wheel of our car were stripped due to over tightening of the lug nuts when having the tires rotated at another business awhile back. Our mechanic friend recommended B&G. The car was towed there on a Tuesday, and the very next day, he had the car ready. The work required drilling out the old studs and installing new ones. I was amazed how quickly Hugo was able to get the work done, considering he had a backlog of repairs ahead of me. I highly recommend B&G

Nadia Soufi Never trust this company they send me some Mechanic make me wait for him for six hours. He said he’s gonna come and fix my car. He came in finally stay and put all his equipment. He tried to do the car all the sudden I went to use the restroom I came back. He say oh I cannot fix your car in the parking lot because somebody came at me and tell me I need to move the car. It’s OK. I will tow the car to my House can you fix it there? He say yes I call the towing company they came and tow my car my car to my house. He said he’s gonna follow me and coming in hour but he never show up. I keep calling him. He never answer in the end. He blocked me. They are liar. They don’t know what to do. I don’t trust this company and I hope nobody get my experience with this company with the line. They don’t know what to do.

I called and spoke to Andrew; he was able to get my C300 into the shop within the hour for a much-needed oil change. While waiting, he educated me of the importance of my car maintenance and recommended services for optimal performance. Mesa is always personable and patient, answering my many questions, allowing for a fully informed decision-making process.

Gil and his crew did an AMAZING job taking care of my automotive needs at a reasonable price and the turn around time was better than I could ask. Candie Reid Had an issue with my jeep wrangler. The dealership wanted 250$ upfront to tell me what was wrong these guys offered me a cost effective solution and now my jeep is driving like it did when I first got it! The staff is awesome. Customer service was awesome! Most definitely coming back there if I have any other issues!
