Joshua Dooley When I got Jamies number I had been dealing with Mike Ford Patton which did nothing for my truck,but I called Kia to see if I could get any help on my ranger cause I didnt know anybody else and they referred me to Jamies Automotive and I tell you they have got what it takes to run a very successful business. They communicate very well with their customers, they have experience in multiple automotive makes and models, very competitive prices, and I give them a definite 5 stars all around the board.

Jim Fody We were coming in from out of town to buy a car which needed new tires before driving it home (sidewall damage and eight years old). They helped me select tires for the car and ordered them for me. They contacted me a couple of days prior to my arrival date and advised they had received my tires. When we arrived they worked quickly to get the car in the shop and take care of the tire change. The techs advised me some of the lug nuts were in bad shape and showed me the nearly rounded shoulders and offered some solutions. We opted to change all the lug nuts to new ones. I am very satisfied with the service by the techs and the office personnel who, in my opinion, went beyond in the search for tires, communication, professionalism and kindness.

Deedee Butler Reliable and friendly service. I called this place because my two young daughters were stranded on 85 with a flat tire 4 hours away from home. Mr Calvin said don’t worry I will have someone there within 30 minutes. They were there in less than 30 minutes to tow them to a nearby tire shop before it closed.

Glenn Lopez I was amazed by the professionalism of my whole experience. My vehicle was properly diagnosed, and when it came to repairing my truck, the Tech, Paul went above and beyond to source me the needed parts and install them. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, it had been detailed, along with all of my fluids being topped off. I was also made aware of minor issues that would need to be taken care of soon. I will definitely use eTech Auto Works for all my future automotive needs.

Kenneth McCreless I know there are mixed reviews for Gerber Collision & Glass. However, I have only had great experiences with the quality of their service and repair work. Most recently, my Honda Ridgeline was in a 7 vehicle fender bender on I-20 eastbound out of Atlanta. I had obvious front end damage and what appeared to be minor rear bumper damage. Josh Bozeman, the Gerber estimator, was courteous and knowledgeable. There was no paint damage, and the distorted grill, and front fenders could be popped back into place with only heel of the hand pressure. Josh replaced all broken fender clips and trim clips around both front wheel wells. Once he determined that there was no structural damage to the rear bumper, only a cosmetic cut that didn’t require replacement, I opted not to get a new bumper. Josh gave an honest assessment of the damage and made it look like new with no charge to me or USAA. In addition, about two years ago, I hit a deer and the front of this same Ridgeline had significant damage. USAA again sent me to Gerber, who did an excellent repair job. The fit and finish was flawless. So, my experience with this particular Gerber shop in LaGrange has been outstanding.

Patrick Soine I took my 2003 Chevrolet Duramax to them for a shifting issue with my transmission. They were the third mechanic I took them to and they were the only ones to figure out my problem and it only cost $250. I had somebody else tell me I needed a transmission for $5500. I’m glad I took it here and after it was fixed it ran perfect
