Kenneth McCreless I know there are mixed reviews for Gerber Collision & Glass. However, I have only had great experiences with the quality of their service and repair work. Most recently, my Honda Ridgeline was in a 7 vehicle fender bender on I-20 eastbound out of Atlanta. I had obvious front end damage and what appeared to be minor rear bumper damage. Josh Bozeman, the Gerber estimator, was courteous and knowledgeable. There was no paint damage, and the distorted grill, and front fenders could be popped back into place with only heel of the hand pressure. Josh replaced all broken fender clips and trim clips around both front wheel wells. Once he determined that there was no structural damage to the rear bumper, only a cosmetic cut that didn’t require replacement, I opted not to get a new bumper. Josh gave an honest assessment of the damage and made it look like new with no charge to me or USAA.
In addition, about two years ago, I hit a deer and the front of this same Ridgeline had significant damage. USAA again sent me to Gerber, who did an excellent repair job. The fit and finish was flawless. So, my experience with this particular Gerber shop in LaGrange has been outstanding.
