Frank Pitchford Part of our traveling party hit a deer on the way to Tennessee. The auxiliary radiator was busted, so the car had to be towed. We found 411 Auto nearby, so we called and confirmed they would be able to accept the car. This happened on a Thursday. We had to leave it with them until we came back through the following Wednesday. They had the car repaired and drivable again upon our return. Couldnt have asked for much more than that.

Adam Harmon Worked me in last minute and same day after getting strung along by another shop that refused to schedule an appointment. In the shop for not more than 45 minutes and charged very reasonably. Job was done perfectly as well. A+++ This is what quality and professionalism in running a business is. Expandacraft Modular Boats I have never dealt with a more dishonest and incompetent company in my life. This story may shock you. I came in with my trailer which had one blown out tire, three other tires needing to be replaced, and one new tire on a white "non matching rim" to replace the blown out tire. I bought 3 new tires, and paid to have my other new tire put on the matching rim, and asked that the best of my old tires be put on the white rim as my spare. One month later, I noticed a tire going flat and discovered that it was one of my old tires! They did take tire #1 off of the white rim and put one of my old tires on as I asked, but they failed to put that new tire on one of the matching rims. Here is where it gets crazy. I called and spoke with the manager, who immediately got defensive and said "his guy cant find my other new tire", to which I replied, " it doesnt matter if your guy cant find the tire in your shop, I cant find the tire, and it should be on my camper". The manager got even more defensive and wouldnt accept my offer to give him the phone # of shop #2 who could have affirmed that it was an old tire on my grey rim, as well as on the white spare rim, he also wouldnt accept my photo of the two old tires, nor would he listen to the fact that if his guy had done the job correctly, I couldnt possibly have 2 of the old tires. The manager said he would speak to the owner and the next day when I called, he said the owner told him to tell me I was out of luck. I dont think the owner was told the truth, I own a business, and if I screw up, I pony up. I will be calling my CC company to dispute this, and they will listen to me and take in consideration my evidence. Obviously, the manager is covering up his mistake, and if the owner is OK with not taking responsibility for this, people should know what kind of business they are dealing with. Oh, and one last thing, the tire they chose to be my spare out of the 3 old ones, has a nail in it! Unbelievable.

And I came back because my check engine light came back on and they explained what it was and didn’t charge me or try to fix something that didn’t need to be fixed just for more money

Haley Sluder I had my car aligned at Larrys Alignment, and the service was great. They were quick and professional. What I didn’t realize at first is that they do way more than just alignments — oil changes, tires, and pretty much most car stuff. Plus, their prices for alignments and other services are way cheaper than other places around. Definitely gonna keep going back! Highly recommend!

Kestner Cynthia “Whaley” Awesome. These people have always done me right. When larry was there. Now that hes not at the shop. They charged 430.00 for new plugs and said my 5th cylinder was flooding gas into exhaust. Then qoated me 500 for catilitic converter. Now there saying they dont do muffler . Have to go to a muffler shop but on thier page it says muffler. They didnt do that ti I complained about my car. I told them larry has always done me right but cant talk to larry and dont know his last name. If anyone does know his name please help. Cause larrys always done me right and dont want to report his shop. He would make them do the right thing. He was a race car driver and the mechanics think you cant find him.

J&M Roofing & Construction Broke down today in Georgia, called several shops, and was referred by another mobile mechanic to Gary here at Cain Truck Repair. Called them around 530, and by 930, we were up and running for a very reasonable price. Garys customer service is phenomenal!! Will definitely be back, hopefully in the shop, for preventative items and not breakdowns. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

To safely get me back home, they did a work around by disconnecting my 4WD ability that only allowed for 2WD. It worked and I made it safely back home. They are honest, efficient, inexpensive and fair. This team was AWESOME!

Sean Darmanin I came up from Florida and rented a cabin with my two dogs. The day before I left I got my oil change done in Florida. While walking dogs Christmas Eve I noticed oil pouring from under my truck. I called Harpers and explained my dilemma he sent 2 guys here to temp fix and fill oil back up. I then followed them to shop where they repaired and filled back oil. I had great conversations with every mechanic there. Some of the most nicest and respectful people Ive ever met. Not used to it in Florida.

Deyonna Qualls They busted my back windshield! My clear coat on the top of my car is gone completely. They cut my drivers side leather seat in 2 places about an inch long. My air conditioner vent inside the car was broken. Theres a small leak somewhere in the coolant system. He even looked at it and said it looked fine but it was leaking then and its still leaking. The ladies in the front office are amazing. Kind, professional, and more helpful than I could have ever expected. This is the only good we got from this place. I do not recommend this shop to anyone and this is one place Ill never go back to.

Nellie King I took my Ford Transit RV in for the required alignment and they took care of it very quickly and a fair price. They also noticed a recall that needed to be addressed so they made time to complete that before I left. Very professional, friendly people.

Frank Adams Lets start with I took my F-250 in for service because the cruise control would shut off and the push buttons on steering wheel would not function, the rear brakes squeal when applying light pressure to the break pedal, automatic transmission would slip on occasion when going up an incline. I did some research before taking truck to Chatsworth Ford and determined it was probably the steering wheel speed control module, well after 5 trips to the service department and replacing the steering wheel cruise button assembly twice, reinstalling software, replaced power control module and finally the speed control module which did correct the cruise control problem. They did blow out the brakes which helped for a day but never fixed that issue. The automatic transmission was checked out by driving the truck twice and could not replicate the problem even with the Service department check-in person witness it happen when I was returning truck, it happened while he was standing outside when I was pulling into the dealership he recommended I trade the truck in on a new truck. All this being said the Service Department employees were always very friendly. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.

Cody King I struck a deer August 5th, called Babbs they said it would be a week until they could get my car in (8/14) then they began the work on my vehicle. About 2.5-3 weeks went by (front bumper ,hood, both headlights, radiator, condenser, horn, some radiator support brackets, and passenger fender all replaced and repainted) so then my car was getting finished up for me to pickup (9/4) I could’ve picked it up sooner but Geico was adjusting their supplements took an extra week. Whenever everything was paid for Babbs called me up (9/09) to pickup the car. I got look at it for the first time in a month, immediately notice a small ding on driver side bumper cover, streaks in paint passenger side above wheel, headlight gap issues with front bumper. Spoke with one of the managers and they took an additional 2 days to address these issues and fix. Picked it up 9/11 with all issues corrected but still this got through their quality check so I would be careful if you choose them to do work on vehicles. They are super friendly people and great to work with I just didn’t expect this kind of issue to go unnoticed until it got to me.

Shaun Holbrook I took my 2025 Silverado 2500 HD to Babs for repairs from a deer strike. The service was pretty good, and they delivered in the amount of time in which they said they would. The fit equality of the new parts and paint that they put on my truck are fantastic, however, I have issues with a couple things. 1. The tire shine they use is horrible. It almost looks like used motoroil (what some old timer bodyshops used). It flung down both sides of the truck, on fresh paint, and is a pain to get off. 2. The final finishing (buffing) of the new paint needs major improvement. Not only are there a few dust nibs still in the paint, but the finisher left holograms and buffer trails all over the fresh paint. I owned a detail shop for 20 years and specialized in paint correction, paint protection and ceramics, and I am going to have to polish the whole side of the truck the proper way to remove the holograms and buffer trails; not too mention, there a spots the person buffing completely missed. The buffer trails are partly caused by a buffing pad not being cleaned (spurred) frequently enough to prevent build up of dried compound. I shouldnt have to go back and redo a polish job from a body shop with such high reviews. 3. The employees were very kind, but there is a lack of communication with the customer in regards to the progress of repairs. I was told I would be called when it came out paint. I had to stop by the body shop after a week to check on the progress. Overall, the truck looks great, but the finishing stages after paint need more attention or training in proper buffing techniques. The following pics are of the tire shine they use which is not easy to remove from the paint. Ive never seen a tire shine that looks like used oil. Its not allowing me to upload video to show the extent of holograms and buffer trails, but I can provide if needed.

Kathy Dillard I called and asked him if he could do a oil change, tire rotation, front end alignment. He said yes bring your vehicle in by 10 or he wouldnt be able to do it. I took my vehicle in the next day and was there at 9:45. Well there was a transfer truck loading up another truck. Well I stood there, and stood there and stood there. He had passed by me 3 different times going into his garag and never said any thing to me. Normally most people would say I will be with you in just a few minutes let me help finish up with this guy. But he said nothing. Finally after standing there for about 15 minutes he finally asked me what could he help me with. I told him what I needed done. He said ok I will call you when its done. Well it had been over 4 hrs and I still hadnt heard anything. My mom calls and he says oh well you will have to leave it here and I will have to do it tomorrow. I said I cant I have to work. Then it was brought up about me doing it one day next week I said I cant I have to work. This was the only day I could do it. I said if he couldnt do it today he should not have told me he could and then he didnt even call me to let me know that he hadnt done anything to it. Im sorry but dont tell somebody that you can get it done when you know you cant. Then you want to keep it another day. Needless to say I will never take my vehicle there again. That was unprofessional service.

Jeremy R This is a shop that gives mechanics a bad name. They call to tell you whats wrong and give you a price and you tell them to fix it and then when you go to pick it up they tell you that price didnt include any of it except diagnostic fees and fees for them and you look at the bill an see the one thing they did fix out of 5 things they said they would fix, they charged you quadruple for the part! And then when they screw something up in your car they charge you to fix it. Go anywhere but here if youre smart.

Scott Dutton Really great guy runs a good business. FYI they have a rule that they wont put on customer brought parts. Which can make it hard if you cant drop 600 bucks all at once. Either way good people I recommend them. Just remember to let them get the parts.
