5 /5 Nellie King: I took my Ford Transit RV in for the required alignment and they took care of it very quickly and a fair price. They also noticed a recall that needed to be addressed so they made time to complete that before I left. Very professional, friendly people.

2 /5 Frank Adams: Lets start with I took my F-250 in for service because the cruise control would shut off and the push buttons on steering wheel would not function, the rear brakes squeal when applying light pressure to the break pedal, automatic transmission would slip on occasion when going up an incline. I did some research before taking truck to Chatsworth Ford and determined it was probably the steering wheel speed control module, well after 5 trips to the service department and replacing the steering wheel cruise button assembly twice, reinstalling software, replaced power control module and finally the speed control module which did correct the cruise control problem. They did blow out the brakes which helped for a day but never fixed that issue. The automatic transmission was checked out by driving the truck twice and could not replicate the problem even with the Service department check-in person witness it happen when I was returning truck, it happened while he was standing outside when I was pulling into the dealership he recommended I trade the truck in on a new truck. All this being said the Service Department employees were always very friendly. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership.

5 /5 Josh Jones: I can honestly say this dealership is beyond outstanding. They not only figure out a way to make stuff happen when the schedule is full but make sure it’s done correctly and done in an expedited time frame. When stuff needed to be done it seemed as the entire work staff had no problem jumping in and doing what needed to be done to continue to operate as a business. In today’s world when most businesses put a closed due to staffing issues this isn’t an option for them. Outstanding work and attitudes for sure would recommend them to anyone needing any service done.

5 /5 Carl Hockaday: Stopped by unannounced and needed both batteries replaced in my diesel. I was also very pressed for time. The service department was superb! They were busy but promised to work me in as quickly as possible. Had me back on the road within an hour! Can’t thank you guys enough. Everyone was polite and very helpful. I have been bragging about the experience since I left the dealership. Thank you!

I utilized the valet service and my vehicle was picked up from my house, serviced it, delivered it back to my house while informing me via text every step of the way. Kevin is always so helpful when scheduling my service and makes sure everything is taken care of!
