1 /5 Kathy Dillard: I called and asked him if he could do a oil change, tire rotation, front end alignment. He said yes bring your vehicle in by 10 or he wouldnt be able to do it. I took my vehicle in the next day and was there at 9:45. Well there was a transfer truck loading up another truck. Well I stood there, and stood there and stood there. He had passed by me 3 different times going into his garag and never said any thing to me. Normally most people would say I will be with you in just a few minutes let me help finish up with this guy. But he said nothing. Finally after standing there for about 15 minutes he finally asked me what could he help me with. I told him what I needed done. He said ok I will call you when its done. Well it had been over 4 hrs and I still hadnt heard anything. My mom calls and he says oh well you will have to leave it here and I will have to do it tomorrow. I said I cant I have to work. Then it was brought up about me doing it one day next week I said I cant I have to work. This was the only day I could do it. I said if he couldnt do it today he should not have told me he could and then he didnt even call me to let me know that he hadnt done anything to it. Im sorry but dont tell somebody that you can get it done when you know you cant. Then you want to keep it another day. Needless to say I will never take my vehicle there again. That was unprofessional service.

5 /5 Dwight Young: These guys installed a long block 24valve cummins in my truck. Good work from these guys. From diesel or gas, nitrous tanks filled, you need a race engine built? They got you. Wheel alignment, they can do that too and everything in between.

1 /5 Christine Larsen: Well these guys "fixed" my Daddys truck by putting fuel pump on. Well after my son drove it a little while, we took it back because it was doing the exact same thing as before. Now instead of admitting he was wrong and saying he took a shot at it and it back-fired on him, he NOW decides it needs a throttle body but he cant get one. Sooo we find one at AUTO ZONE..... its almost $600 + the core charge. We picked up the truck got the throttle body and approach changing it out. As my boys figure out the gasket for the throttle body is pretty much gone and honestly that probably wouldve fixed it but they went ahead and changed it since we had bought it anyway. Well its been doing great until this morning and its right back to running the same way as before. Well upon further investigation, the boys discovered that they didnt change the entire fuel pump, they changed the pump only and none of the encasing or the other hardware. The entire thing would have been like $30 more. I guess he saw us coming. Since he changed 10 times the amount of the fuel pump if not more.
