4 /5 Aleisha Glass: I like working out here. Its super convient for me. Never too crowded and always clean. My only issue is the 24 hour access key doesnt always work. Sometimes when I go at night I cant get it. Staff doesnt seem to be taking it seriously but a 24 hour access is what we pay for monthly

1 /5 Marchelle Clinton: I’ve joined the gym for the second time because of the proximity to my home. Initially I cancelled because when I signed up I was told the gym was going to have upgrades and a sauna put back in. A year later no sauna, I left wanting to join another but my work schedule and distance of the next option did not work for me. I cancelled and rejoined maybe a week later, it rubbed me the wrong way when the rep at the desk asked the owner if he would waive my admin fee (i didn’t ask for this nor did I ask if it was discussed it was volunteered info) since I’d already paid it and had only canceled a week ago and he said no. Ok cool, but guys I went to use the shower closest to the back door and omg it was horrible there were dead roaches big roaches in the shower and the curtain is filled with mildew. The gym itself smells like the carpet that is clearly old and smelly and there are always dead bugs laying around. I will be canceling again preferably immediately, I have pics in my other phone I will add back to this review. I don’t like the gym at all and will just allot time to commute to a cleaner more updated gym.

5 /5 GG: Although the equipment and floors aren’t cleaned often (if at all) the toilets are always clean and tidy. The gym itself is great. Overall appearance is great. The equipment is functional and there is a wide variety to choose from. Being open 24/7 is a major plus. Prices are pretty good.

2 /5 Kyle Lane: I have had a membership at this facility through the different names probably close to a decade. Well I moved and so now I am about 20 miles away so didnt want to continue membership and drive so far. Not under a contract only monthly they will not just stop drafting payment or waive that based on moving out of the area for 2 additional months. Norm in industry is 30 days and some give a waiver for a few reasons 1 is usually if you move so far away from current location. Front desk person whom I had to track down didnt really care either just stated it is the policy based on the contract. I started that membership when that location was still American Bodyworks so dont believe that would still apply nor had I been given a new one either. Not exactly thrilled with the customer service towards the end either especially after that interaction.
