5 /5 chelsea eberhardt: I walked in to the place and was immediately greeted with kindness by the employees. I got sat down for a pedicure first, and the experience was amazing. My toes were in rough shape as I recently got my nails removed a year and a 1/2 ago and they grew back with a bumpy rigid texture. The guy who did my pedicure was so kind and gentle with them and made sure to cut down the rigid part for me to leave this smooth texture to my new nails. He asked me before doing anything new if it was okay with me and took his time and displayed the upmost patience with me the whole way.
After the amazing pedicure experience (mind you it was just polish as I didnāt wanna take a risk) and also a cuticle trim, I had an amazing experience to top it off with another guy and girl working there in the manicure area.
I ended up going with gel polish and acrylics (full set) and I informed them that the last place I went shaved down my nail bed when applying acrylics and it was painful during the removal.
He was very gentle and understanding the whole time and also took the time and care to display patience with me!
Then when it came time to actually design the nails, the lady who did the flowers on my nails did a phenomenal job. I wish I could put a face to their name, but all 3 employees showed the same kind, gentle, understanding, and patience attitude that makes me wanna come and make this my regular spot.
I tipped $40 at the end of it all but honestly, they deserved more.
The store itself has the most kind and caring employees and I highly recommend, for $152 being my total, I was pleased with their work and will be returning.
I would like to point out that the last place I went before this, not only charged me $60 for the set.. All of my nails were crooked and not done correctly or properly. My nails were damaged and looked shabby. This place is 100% incomparable to that place.. they go above and beyond and make sure you are happy with your nails.
