1 /5 Kambria Thompson: I originally came to the salon wanting a full set, predicure and eyebrows. However as you can see I only paid for my feet because of the service. I did not like the way my feet were done so I informed the manager and she assured me they would be fixed correctly. She proceeds to fix my feet which from the pictures you can tell that it only got worse. I paid 75 for a callus pedicure and this was my results. Never again!!! Thankful for another salon correcting their mistake & taking care of my other services! They also charge $25 for gel polish which is ridiculous. I will never come back to royal nails!!!

2 /5 sage barineau: i feel so bad writing reviews because I never do. But I was so disappointed with my gel mani and pedi. The guy was in a rush the whole time and half the time wasn’t even looking at my nails while he was doing them. He did not even scrub my feet at all and my nail polish is on my skin and also not on my whole nail. For 105$ I feel like it could have been a lot better. I feel bad but I could have done a little better job myself I will not be back :(

1 /5 Kimberly Girolimon: Earlier today I went in to have some tips put on. An older gentleman helped me and he absolutely butchered my nails. Almost every single nail is bleeding or rubbed raw. I am seriously concerned about not only a skin infection but also a fungal infection due to the instruments used. He used black dip and then put a gel top coat. It caused uneven texture and nail shape. They looked rushed and lacked attention to detail. I haven’t had my nails done in 15 years. I was hoping for a delightful experience and left feeling shaken and worried about my nail health. I was in shock at how awful they turned out. I paid, tipped him (I know I shouldn’t have but I’m too nice) and left. Once in the sunlight, I saw how horrendous they looked and it confirmed I needed to have them fixed. I went in and asked for them to be redone. He took me back and within 3 minutes caused yet another bleed. Thankfully, Lynn came to save the day. She spent an hour fixing his mistake. I asked to leave her a tip, because without her I would have left crying and mortified by my nails. I highly recommend Lynn. But I’m still concerned over the health of my nails and what they will look like when I remove the dip and tips. I’m terrified I’ll get a skin infection or fungal infection. The tools used were not sanitized and you could tell he them on multiple clients without sanitizing between clients. I regret not walking out when I saw that and when the first bleed happened. I’ll never return to this salon. However, I cannot stress enough that Lynn was an incredible nail artist and saved the aesthetic of my nails. I would recommend her to anyone. She actually deserves the initial payment and additional tip I left the salon.

3 /5 Katie Hess: 5 ⭐️ for the quality and employee care, 1 ⭐️ for the pricing. I am from out of town and live in a much more expensive state (any state is compared to FL let’s be honest), and a classic gel pedicure is $45 where I’m from. In their pedicure menu the classic pedicure was listed as $35, so I expected $45 for a gel classic pedicure. I was stunned when I was told that the charge would be $60. I wasn’t given any extra treatments or time, and I had a pedicure a month ago, so there wasn’t anything extra to be done. When I asked for the price to be double checked, I was told firmly that it was $60. If that’s going to be the price, fine, but please fix your menu because it is extremely misleading to customers.

2 /5 Jamie R. McCammon: The facility is nice and the staff was great. This was my first visit and brought my 4 year old for a mom and daughter date. Cost was $45 for my daughter to get a basic pedicure and nail polish on her fingers. The gentleman that did hers was so kind and she loved it. My basic pedicure and dip set was $115. My pedicure seemed rushed, but overall was ok. My fingernails on the other hand are bad. Theres lumps where too much powder was put on and then areas like my thumb edge where almost no powder color was put. Theyre shaped weird with no consistency and some are crooked. Maybe it was just my tech, but for the price, Ill be trying somewhere else next time.
