Laura Fernandez Doctor charles bisogno is a great specialist and I’m truly grateful of being his patient. Back in 2023 I went to the ER for dehydration and a lot of pain in my left side. Had diarrhea for more than 3 weeks and I stopped eating as well, was looking for any specialist to take care of me with no luck every single specialist was booked up to 2 weeks in advance and I was already in really bad shape. I found this doctor thru my insurance and I called on a Friday and they had a spot for the same date at 1 pm. When I went for my appointment he carefully checked me and scheduled me for a colonoscopy asap ( I was found with colitis ) my diagnosis was diverticulosis on my left side. This location is always willing to help their patients and the staff is super friendly and caring. Doctor Charles is super honest and blunt which I love. I was shocked with the bad reviews talking about him being rude which is not true.

Darlene McCall There is a Lady by the name of Loriann, she works in scheduling, I am a Senior citizen who was blessed to have her answer my call, she has the patience of a saint and knowledge of a scholar, she helped this process of getting my appointment done for my MRI , I’m so relaxed and relieved now that I spoke with her, very professional and friendly, so please know that she has my highest respect and 5 stars and more !!!! Thank You AdventHealth for your great employee, she represents you very well.

Shameya Williams Literally everyone was amazing, my midwife Christy and all my nurses were the sweetest and so personable, accommodating and my needs were met. I wish I did this sooner because I would’ve remembered their names specifically..I apologize. Everything went smooth and I had a healthy natural birth with some stitches needed and I’m almost healed. I gave birth on January 1 no complications and labored mostly at home.

Angie Palacio Labouz I’ve been a patient here for almost 4 years and I really love the service. Everyone is always willing to help me with my issues. They also offer appointments on Sunday, which is amazing for me because of my work schedule. My provider Isabel Cruz was amazing, she was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Her CCA Isabel Del Villar was very caring and helped me with the procedures I had to get done. I am scared of vaccines but she was very patient and I didn’t feel anything. During weekdays you can see Marelbis, she is amazing and will take care of you since the moment you step at the clinic, I missed seeing her on Sunday. Thank you guys for always helping me!

Melly Mel This was my first time visiting the practice and the visit went well. The front desk staff were very welcoming. I did all my paperwork online so I waited less than 5 minutes, the doctor seen me in less than 5 mins from once I got into the room. He was so nice and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and had an idea of what my issue was. After examination he confirmed his diagnosis. I felt comfortable and not rushed like some of these other doctors rush you in and out and don’t really care about your well being but I did not feel this way at all. I completely recommend the practice! Thank you!

Bari Stone Dr. Talampas has provided excellent care to me and my husband for a couple decades. His staff is always helpful, professional and responds to our requests in a timely and respectful manner. Even though we have moved over 75 miles away, Dr. Talampas is still our primary physician for our semi-annual medical exams... and for everything that happens in between those visits! His standard of care is superb!

Very professional, explained my condition in terms a non medical person could understand. Explained everything he did and told me what to expect. Ill never go to another doctor again...if you have hand issues definitely go to Dr. Robinson!

Chuck OPTUM KISSIMMEE THE STAFF AND DR. VEGA AND THE OTHE PHYSICIANS THAT WE SEE OCCASIONALLY When necessary are all wonderful. Dr. Vega is our PCP and he is so knowledgeable about all my health issues and my wifes also. He is very up on best medications he has controlled my wifes blood pressure with adjustment if medication that has worked when nothing else did. Both my wife and I enjoy the family atmosphere that is displayed by all the staff that we deal with. Thank you for everything Dr. Vega and your team.

Susan B Why is it so difficult to speak to a person on the phone. I went in person to discuss a script that was sent to my pharmacy which was never received. I am now into week three of not being able to get this office to understand they just have to resend a script. You have to leave a message with clinical staff which is never returned. You call and the receptionist will kindly tell you that she is sending a message to the clinical staff. What a surprise, no one calls me or responds. The management at this office is very poor. I will find another digestive care office to go to. Ms. Colon, and Dr. Gomez were helpful and attentive, however, there is something wrong with the office staff and their organization. Fix it folks, people are complaining.
