1 /5 zulmi shafaat: I wish I could give no star to this doctor and clinic. I arrived at this location thirty minutes before my appointment time. First I had a hard time finding parking. It took me 15 minutes just to find a parking spot which was a distance from this location. When I got there the receptionist informed me that the doctor was not in the office but he would be there shortly. I didnt say anything and started to complete my visit forms. There were a couple put patients waiting in the room. A few minutes later a nurse walked out of the office and informed another patient that the doctor still had not arrived and she had no idea what time he would be in. I asked the receptionist that please not charge my insurance and informed her that I was leaving. The nurse started to ask the reason for leaving and expected me to wait for the doctor by saying that my appointment was at 2 pm and the doctor would be there. I responded that there were still patients waiting before me. There was no apology. The attitude was like if I have to wait regardless.

5 /5 Laura Fernandez: Doctor charles bisogno is a great specialist and I’m truly grateful of being his patient. Back in 2023 I went to the ER for dehydration and a lot of pain in my left side. Had diarrhea for more than 3 weeks and I stopped eating as well, was looking for any specialist to take care of me with no luck every single specialist was booked up to 2 weeks in advance and I was already in really bad shape. I found this doctor thru my insurance and I called on a Friday and they had a spot for the same date at 1 pm. When I went for my appointment he carefully checked me and scheduled me for a colonoscopy asap ( I was found with colitis ) my diagnosis was diverticulosis on my left side. This location is always willing to help their patients and the staff is super friendly and caring. Doctor Charles is super honest and blunt which I love. I was shocked with the bad reviews talking about him being rude which is not true.

1 /5 Kaitlyn Tattan: DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!! When I first met him, he kept talking about my weight. That’s all he kept mentioning. I told him I was having stomach issues and he just told to take these antibiotics and they didn’t help, anyways I ended up getting a colonoscopy done, they started the procedure before I was even sedated!!!! He doesn’t have any bed side manners, and is very very rude!

5 /5 Kenneth Carlos: He is a Great Doctor who is helping me get my Colitis into remission. He gave me some free samples of probiotics from the UK that actually worked amazingly ( Bio-Kult ). He takes his time and really listens to you. Highly recommended.

1 /5 Stephanie Morris: 2nd Yearly check-up. Doctor Bisogno failed to examine me! I complained about potential serious issues pain and numbness in arm, problems with ears, etc. he blamed each on old age! Stated hed not be able to determine ANYTHING until all of my blood work was completed! Thought I was 55 instead of 65 why bone density test had never been scheduled. Became irate, insulting over a few pounds weight gain and condescending when I questioned his determination of old being a diagnosis! Its time for his retirement.
