5 /5 Chuck: OPTUM KISSIMMEE THE STAFF AND DR. VEGA AND THE OTHE PHYSICIANS THAT WE SEE OCCASIONALLY When necessary are all wonderful. Dr. Vega is our PCP and he is so knowledgeable about all my health issues and my wifes also. He is very up on best medications he has controlled my wifes blood pressure with adjustment if medication that has worked when nothing else did. Both my wife and I enjoy the family atmosphere that is displayed by all the staff that we deal with. Thank you for everything Dr. Vega and your team.

5 /5 Nancy: I have been a Patient here for over 12 years. Dr. Link is a beautiful soul and has a heart of gold. Dr. Gittings is a GODSEND. She has been my physician since her start here and I have the complete understanding that of my medical needs and takes her time with the patient. I have seen them go through numerous name changes but that does not affect ( in my opinion) the care that I receive from Dr. Gittings. She is very thorough and her expertise is phenomenal. This is the first time in my life that I feel completely understood by a doctor. I never have problems with referrals, Lab orders and in urgent situations- I get a call back quickly. The Case Management team is superb. The girls upfront are engaging and inviting. My only concern is confidentiality. It is important to ensure confidentiality at all times even in the lobby area. I am really big on this and have experienced breaks in confidentiality; which I reported right away. Sometimes when you have to give your name, DOB, phone number and medical concern...it is spoken in front of those waiting in the lobby. THAT to me is a big NO NO in any office. I just love this place. I thank Dr. Michael Link for all he does, Dr. Vega and Dr. Gittings. Wonderful Professionals.

1 /5 Kristoffer Vazquez: This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had trying to get seen by a pcp. I scheduled an appointment in December for January 4 th which was rescheduled due to over scheduling. I was rescheduled for February 12th but was then called and canceled on the day prior to the appointment because the doctor would not be in. So I rescheduled for march 11 and was called now to reschedule for April. 1/10 do not recommend going to this doctor the staff was not helpful at all and they didn’t really care about my appointment or my time.

1 /5 Peggy Stein: This practice is useless! My husband & I have used them for our Primary Care for over 20 years, as have our daughter & her family. They have changed their name about 6 times over the years. They continue to get worse each time. They advertise that they are available 24/7 if you are sick. That is not true! We have called them for urgent care where we were very ill & needed to see a doctor right away. Each time we were told it would be 4-6 weeks before they could see us. Of course we could not wait that long, so we have had to use Centra Care every time. Last week, I was scheduled for a hip replacement that has to happen quickly. My daughter came into your office on Friday to schedule an appointment for surgery clearance. There is no use to call your office because no one ever answers the phone & IF you get a call back, it takes days! She was told that we would get a call to schedule this appointment next week Monday or Tuesday. She said that was not acceptable and to forget it. She had just come from Cardiovascular Associates where she was immediately given an appointment for me on 11/3, yesterday, for cardio clearance and an EKG. Orlando Orthopedics has a Primary Care who can see their patients for surgery clearance. They immediately gave me an appointment & got labs scheduled tomorrow. I go to ORMC for my pre admission testing on Friday. There is no excuse to put up with such care from a Primary we have had for over 20 years. We are finished with your practice!
