Very professional, explained my condition in terms a non medical person could understand. Explained everything he did and told me what to expect. Ill never go to another doctor again...if you have hand issues definitely go to Dr. Robinson!

5 /5 Jim W: Everyone who works there was very pleasant. The office runs efficiently. The X-ray techs were quick and clear. The doctor was prompt and thorough listened and asked if I had any questions. His nurse was great. I left with a clear understanding of what we were going to do going forward.

I would just like to state that Mikaela Dejesus has been nothing short of exceptional in regards to my treatment at this facility (I suffer with extreme anxiety and general nervous system angst.) Mikaela has listened to me vigilantly as I have explained my previous and current medical conditions; not only has she shown empathy and non-judgemental derived plan expositions, I have also come to trust her and her ability to diagnose and properly treat my issues. I also believe that she has my best interest at heart. I highly recommend this institution, and if you are lucky enough to work with Mikaela, fear not- she will definitely value your concerns and do her best to work with you in regards to any medical concern you may have- to find the best possible solution and/or outcome. 5 /5 BILL OSBORNE: This medical and support team works exceedingly well together. There is a significant number of staff members on duty at any given time to accommodate their patients. There are those who interact directly with patients and others who work out of view of the public. The entire team’s efforts ensure the needs of each patient are met. In the past six years, I’ve never seen one of them have a “Bad Day”. They smile, listen, ask questions and provide the best professional and compassionate care possible. While it’s difficult to single out specific achievement in a team effort, I would be remiss if I didn’t thank two staff members with whom I regularly interacted over the past few years. Brian (Dr. Homan’s Medical Assistant) and Key (Front Desk/Reception) area. Their kindness and professionalism and willingness to help is very much appreciated. If you are reading this review to help you make a decision regarding becoming a patient, look no further. There is a culture of caring at this outstanding practice. They heal. They teach. They care for everyone. Every day.

4 /5 Lucille Baselice: My experience at this office was excellent. Everyone on the staff was very helpful and kind. Dr Robertson showed me the X-rays of my shoulder and explained them to me. Today I called with some questions, and his assistant called me back within 10 minutes and kindly reassured me. The only thing that concerned me was that when I called to make my appointment, I wasnt told that my health insurance wasnt in their network. My copay was twice the in-network fee. Hopefully the cost of my treatment wont reflect that too. Other than this, I have nothing but praise for the whole office.
