Tiki wakeford I have been a patient of AUI for the last 8+ years and my visit with PA Hurley was my best experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of stones and procedures and that has not been my previous experiences. She was not annoyed with my questions and answered them all in detail. For the first time with this practice, I felt cared for and not just a number. Thank you!

daritey alicia (ali) The doctors the nurse and the surgeons of phenomenal and I do greatly appreciate my housekeeper Miss Brenda on the 4th floor she didnt excellent job and if I asked her about something she also gave me the information it as well we obtained to housekeeping details. Thank you housekeeping for keeping my room sanitized during my stay. Thank you to my nurses for helping me to feel comfortable and allow me to make sure that I can do what I need to once I get home. Thank you to my surgeon for taking up on me as often as you did and to make sure that I was going to be good to go once I got home. I know I work here I have seen some amazing team work. As long as the team work is happening it will always be a smooth shift. Thank yaw so much..miss yaw

Jeff Hollis Dr Ramos is a fantastic doctor. I have been a patient for four years. He is understanding and easy to talk to. He listens well and answers all questions in an easily understandable way. He certainly does a through exam and goes over everything in detail. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Bonita Loman Dr Christopher Johnson is the best! I’m having surgery and he explains everything, not like most doctors these days. While was having test for my surgery, my husband had emergency at Bay MC, and his surgeon was none other then Dr Christopher Johnson. We are lucky to have a surgeon like him! I’d recommend him to anyone having surgery. What ever you do , don’t have surgery at Gulf Coast, that’s the worst hospital around.

Alyssa Bryden Just had surgery on 03/07/2024 and let me just say how amazing the experience was. The two girls working with me in Pre-op were so sweet and caring! Definitely made the scary surgery I was having an easy breeze. The recovery nurses (though I don’t remember that much) were also amazing and caring (from what I do remember from them and what my spouse told me). Medsurg nurses were amazing too! One of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been to. The staff was amazing all across departments. The hospital food was amazing (considering it was hospital I give it a 8.5/10) never in my life have I ever been treated with this much respect at a hospital. I 100% recommend this hospital if you are having a surgery.

Jamie Depends on who your doctors nurse is whether this is a great place or not. I used to have it at 5 stars.

Heather Wright Feeling a little under the weather today I went and got some fluids in IV Therapy from Nations Best Family Health Care. They made it so super easy to go and get checked out and hooked me right up to an IV that gave me lots of vitamins and immunity boost! I so needed that. Headache is completely gone and I’m feeling super hydrated. Thank you to all the staff and the providers that were so sweet and caring. They made me super comfortable and it was actually quite relaxing. Go see them for some IV Therapy!

Steve Kim was very helpful helping me fill in the check in process. Angel to come out of her office to assist me. As I proceeded through the checking and preparing for my surgery everyone was knowledgeable and efficient. Always pleasant. Able to answer my questions. Kept my waiting family informed. I would give a rating 10 of 1 to 10. Would be happy to recommend Sacred Heart.

Denny Campbell Rachael Arnett is the Nurse Practitioner and is very very good. She is very thorough and develops excellent treatment plans. Donna is the receptionist and also excellent at keeping all the scheduling and paperwork straight and we never have an issue. They have moved to a brand new office on Back Beach Road (Highway 98). My wife and I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.
