5 /5 Cynnez Young: I appreciated walking in and someone was at the reception area waiting to greet and assist me. The inside was lovely and simple which I love. No appointment was required and I was serviced immediately (no wait). They used this cool machine to buff my feet which felt greet, I thought that was very unique and innovative as well as time saving for me and the technician. My technician was very invested into removing the dead skin around my cuticles and that is literally my favorite nail tech!!! I love seeing and peeling that away, it just makes the nail/feet look fresh and appealing! I wonder if they plan to update the outside area to make it more appealing. It may be different shifts but there were not a lot of technicians working on this Friday. I am curious about them offering drinks, since I had water with me they did not ask but I also did not see other patrons with a drink from the establishment. I worry that outsiders walking pass may not be drawn to come in as the outside has an outdated look. I think adding the extra service of offering a beverage or a warm aromatic shoulder pad would elevate the already wonderful service. Overall my nails look good for me getting regular polish and the state of my nail beds. I opted for regular polish since I just took off acrylic I knew gel/dip would just separate and crack. So the regular polish isnt as flat and clean but again she did a great job with how my nails are. Will be back for that gel service end of April before my trip! Thank you for your wonderful service

5 /5 Rachel A: I never post reviews but I had to for this place. I used to get my nails dipped when I lived in Louisiana 6 years ago. Just regular manicures since Ive been living in Jax. Decided to start having them dipped again. I decided to not focus on the bad reviews and try this place myself. What do I have to lose....if Im not happy I wont go back. I definitely will be going back. Tu did my nails and did a phenomenal job. I did not feel rushed at all and she really took the time to make them beautiful. Some nail places make you feel rushed but not here. Wanted them done for Easter with a special cross design representing Jesus. I showed her a photo of a cross with with the purple robe representing how pure Jesus is. Look at these photos. Im beyond happy and will be back in about a month to have them done for my big birthday :)

5 /5 Laquidara Candice “Candi”: Called and got an appointment in one hour. Very patient and stayed after closing to finish my nails. Polite. Love my nails, got exactly what I asked for. Plus we talked about cats and thats always a win for me. This is my second time here and I’ll probably become a regular once I have a steady income.
