Diva Dia Hands down best pedi I’ve had in a long time!!! I was amazed at how much comes with the basic pedicure. The massage was amazing and the staff was friendly. Their service menu is very broad and has a nice presentation. Seats work well water was t too hot and they got us in right away.

Carol Anne Fendig I have now come to this place twice. They are without a doubt the best in Jacksonville. If you are so indecisive, like me, then they will show you what you really want. I always need a little help picking out my colors, and they nail it every time. I had the beautiful Consuelo do my nails. If you like Almond shape nails, then this is your girl. She can do sooo much. I give her a picture of the nails I want and she executes them perfectly. I also was paired with Nathalie for my toes. What I love about her is our conversations and amazing massages while I’m getting my feet done. She does a great job with anything you want for your toes. My favorite part about this place is the beautiful language that is spoken. I just love it. It is so unique to have a nail salon that speaks Spanish. The women are kind, beautiful and accommodating. The music in the building is fun and enjoyable as well. I would recommend them 10/10 every time.

Rachael Bickal If I could give this company more stars, I absolutely would. I contacted the company through chat and I was able to make a same-day appointment. They got back to me within minutes! So that right there is worth its weight in gold. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early they were super accommodating, and they apologized that they weren’t ready for me yet. They got me seated right away, offered me a plethora of Items to drink while I was waiting in the massage chair for my appointment time. I got the volcano treatment (Highly recommended) with gel polish. Everything was spectacular the scrub, hot stone, paraffin wax, the massage. The massage was the longest massage I have ever had from a pedicure!! Everything was wonderful, perfect, spectacular, fill in the adjective. The service, the massage chair, and the staff, this place is lovely. I recommend anyone come here. I know where my new nail spot is going to be from here on out, and I will never go anywhere else!

Salimah Jackson They gave me exactly what I asked for and I also got a pedicure. The service was precise and didn’t take too long. All of the techs were friendly as well and not stand offish like in some nail salons. They were also funny lol they have complimentary drinks, including wine. Very classy and upscale environment. I will be back.

Cynnez Young I appreciated walking in and someone was at the reception area waiting to greet and assist me. The inside was lovely and simple which I love. No appointment was required and I was serviced immediately (no wait). They used this cool machine to buff my feet which felt greet, I thought that was very unique and innovative as well as time saving for me and the technician. My technician was very invested into removing the dead skin around my cuticles and that is literally my favorite nail tech!!! I love seeing and peeling that away, it just makes the nail/feet look fresh and appealing! I wonder if they plan to update the outside area to make it more appealing. It may be different shifts but there were not a lot of technicians working on this Friday. I am curious about them offering drinks, since I had water with me they did not ask but I also did not see other patrons with a drink from the establishment. I worry that outsiders walking pass may not be drawn to come in as the outside has an outdated look. I think adding the extra service of offering a beverage or a warm aromatic shoulder pad would elevate the already wonderful service. Overall my nails look good for me getting regular polish and the state of my nail beds. I opted for regular polish since I just took off acrylic I knew gel/dip would just separate and crack. So the regular polish isnt as flat and clean but again she did a great job with how my nails are. Will be back for that gel service end of April before my trip! Thank you for your wonderful service

Jaiya Miles PHENOMENAL experience!!! There’s no strong acrylic smell when walking into the salon, very welcoming. My family & I came to get our feet done and it was the best choice to come here. We had John, Minh, Mai, & Nam. They did a breakdown about any questions we had. The best part was the eye mask and massage. It felt like heaven. Definitely will be back. P.S they also have drinks to offer and have a wireless charger for your phone.

Elisha Payne I love love love getting my nails done at Star Nails! The atmosphere is amazing and everyone makes you feel like family. My nail tech Daisha is wonderful! She always makes me feel comfortable, completes my nails in a timely fashion, and does a FANTASTIC job everytime. I will always and forever be apart of The Star Nails family!

Ashley Kerby My mom and I started going to get dip manicures together a couple months ago. The first time we went, I was looking up nail salons close to my home because my mother snagged a nail past the quick while she was with me, and Secret Nail had the most consistent reviews with highest rating, so I suggested we try them for a fix to keep my moms nail protected while the damage grew out. My mom is in her 70s and had never in her life had her nails done professionally before this, so she was nervous. But the woman who greeted us listened to our concerns and suggested dip powder, which is admittedly pricey but has been a game changer in helping my mom keep her brittle nails unbroken since then. We go every 2-3 weeks and have worked with many different nail techs - Elaine, Vanessa, Lina, Diane, and Kevin, to name several. All the staff there have been very kind and helpful as well as consistent in service. They do take appointments, but weve almost always stopped by as walk-ins on weekday afternoons so far and had no trouble with quick service. If you are sensitive to strong smells I would recommend not going on a Saturday, because its one of their busiest days and the acetone scent can be strong then. But otherwise, I highly recommend them!

Tenai Edwards I have been a long time customer here and I love it! The owners always remember my face and the nail specialists I come to see! Calvin is my absolute fav! He is super talented and we always have great conversations both on a professional and personal level!! I have recommended him to many of my friends! Overall my experience has been great and the wine adds a special touch! lol
