Sheri Guthrie Ran is wonderful! All of the staff members are so friendly and helpful with everything you need! Will not go anywhere else! Fantastic nail salon!! A huge thank you to everyone who works there. You are all amazing and go over and beyond great service. I have an amazing experience every time Im there. Shelby Huling *UPDATE: The manager called me and asked if I would be willing to let them fix my nails. I agreed and made an appointment with Trish. She did an excellent job. I would definitely come back to see her! Great customer service. Not the best, not the worst. I recently moved to this side of town and have been trying to find a new nail salon so I decided to try out Ooh La La. Everyone was very friendly and personable but the quality just wasn’t there. I requested a regular polish change on my toes and SNS change on my nails with chrome powder. My toes weren’t polished very well but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had so I didn’t really say anything. I did have to request that she reshape my nails a couple times as two of them were very clearly crooked. She did the almond shape ($6 up charge, which I’ve never seen before so that’s a con as well) like I asked but by the time they were cut down and filed so many times they were much shorter than I usually get/was expecting. The salon has dim lighting so I didn’t notice until I got home that a couple of my nails were lumpy (Was hard to get my camera to focus on my nail, but the lump is clearly visible in person). I may try them again one day if I don’t find another salon I commit to.

Mary Ann C I am so excited to leave this review. Ive been going to Lilly for over four years and I trusted her with all my nails and feet decisions her pedicures are to die for. Getting ready to celebrate the holidays and she got a little creative on me. nails so happy is extremely clean never had any concerns. The people are pleasant and work around your schedule highly recommend.

Cynnez Young I appreciated walking in and someone was at the reception area waiting to greet and assist me. The inside was lovely and simple which I love. No appointment was required and I was serviced immediately (no wait). They used this cool machine to buff my feet which felt greet, I thought that was very unique and innovative as well as time saving for me and the technician. My technician was very invested into removing the dead skin around my cuticles and that is literally my favorite nail tech!!! I love seeing and peeling that away, it just makes the nail/feet look fresh and appealing! I wonder if they plan to update the outside area to make it more appealing. It may be different shifts but there were not a lot of technicians working on this Friday. I am curious about them offering drinks, since I had water with me they did not ask but I also did not see other patrons with a drink from the establishment. I worry that outsiders walking pass may not be drawn to come in as the outside has an outdated look. I think adding the extra service of offering a beverage or a warm aromatic shoulder pad would elevate the already wonderful service. Overall my nails look good for me getting regular polish and the state of my nail beds. I opted for regular polish since I just took off acrylic I knew gel/dip would just separate and crack. So the regular polish isnt as flat and clean but again she did a great job with how my nails are. Will be back for that gel service end of April before my trip! Thank you for your wonderful service

Jaiya Miles PHENOMENAL experience!!! There’s no strong acrylic smell when walking into the salon, very welcoming. My family & I came to get our feet done and it was the best choice to come here. We had John, Minh, Mai, & Nam. They did a breakdown about any questions we had. The best part was the eye mask and massage. It felt like heaven. Definitely will be back. P.S they also have drinks to offer and have a wireless charger for your phone.

Jenny Jenny did my nails. She is fantastic at doing designs. She is also patient and helps you pick colors to match your inspiration picture. Fair price. Clean place. Pleasant people. Sky Nails is a great choice.

Maggie Jensen San Marco Nail Spa is a great place to get your nails done in Jacksonville! The staff is friendly and professional, they always take care of me + my crew, and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure and the CHROME upgrade!!

Rachael Bickal If I could give this company more stars, I absolutely would. I contacted the company through chat and I was able to make a same-day appointment. They got back to me within minutes! So that right there is worth its weight in gold. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early they were super accommodating, and they apologized that they weren’t ready for me yet. They got me seated right away, offered me a plethora of Items to drink while I was waiting in the massage chair for my appointment time. I got the volcano treatment (Highly recommended) with gel polish. Everything was spectacular the scrub, hot stone, paraffin wax, the massage. The massage was the longest massage I have ever had from a pedicure!! Everything was wonderful, perfect, spectacular, fill in the adjective. The service, the massage chair, and the staff, this place is lovely. I recommend anyone come here. I know where my new nail spot is going to be from here on out, and I will never go anywhere else!
