Naturally Pedi Nail and Skin Care - Jacksonville (FL)

Shelby Huling *UPDATE: The manager called me and asked if I would be willing to let them fix my nails. I agreed and made an appointment with Trish. She did an excellent job. I would definitely come back to see her! Great customer service. Not the best, not the worst. I recently moved to this side of town and have been trying to find a new nail salon so I decided to try out Ooh La La. Everyone was very friendly and personable but the quality just wasn’t there. I requested a regular polish change on my toes and SNS change on my nails with chrome powder. My toes weren’t polished very well but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had so I didn’t really say anything. I did have to request that she reshape my nails a couple times as two of them were very clearly crooked. She did the almond shape ($6 up charge, which I’ve never seen before so that’s a con as well) like I asked but by the time they were cut down and filed so many times they were much shorter than I usually get/was expecting. The salon has dim lighting so I didn’t notice until I got home that a couple of my nails were lumpy (Was hard to get my camera to focus on my nail, but the lump is clearly visible in person). I may try them again one day if I don’t find another salon I commit to.

Elizabeth C BEAUTIFUL RUSSIAN MANICURE! Stella was detailed, careful, and worked very quickly to complete my manicure. I had no pain or bleeding AT ALL during cuticle cleanup unlike the experience I’ve had in most other nail salons. My nails look healthy and feel very natural, not thick like an acrylic manicure. The location was clean and bright, and the owner was very friendly, helping to translate to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Booking is easy as it is all online. I did accidentally book a same day appointment and was unable to change it (oops!). But the owner quickly responded and changed it with no problem. I will definitely return for my next manicure and pedicure!

Eyan Alexander Lily is amazing! She pays attention to detail and she is super patient with me. She’s super kind and always has a smile on her face every time I see her. I always get French tip and she never fails to do the absolute best French I’ve ever had. I will always come here to get my nails done by her!

Semegn Tilahun I appreciate and love Cozy Nail. The service is amazing. Ive been coming here for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Yes sometimes you have to wait, but patience is a virtue. They make sure i leave looking and feeling amazing. Each visit I witnessed from all the staffs, they are very friendly and try their best to give everyone the best experience possible. Mary Biancalana Bella diva is a wonderful full service nail and hair salon. Everyone here was wonderful, professional, and friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure and Lilly was absolutely fantastic. My pedicure is gorgeous and she gave me the most wonderful massage for my feet and lower legs. The entire staff here were so friendly and I love that all of the staff look so professional in their matching salon jackets. I definitely will return and tell all my friends about Bella diva hair and nail salon!

Anna G It was my first time here and my husband’s first manicure ever and oh my god they slayed it! I will be coming back we are obsessed! Maly was so sweet and so quick! I’ve always wanted cat eye nails but not a lot of areas offer it, so it was such a fun surprise. My sister in law had a bad experience at a previous salon also! And I recommend she went there and they fixed them so fast. 11/10 can’t recommend them more.

AL W Leah did great with my nails during my first visit and with my husbands foot spa on our next visit. The guys who work there are also great at their job. Seems like everyone who works in this nail salon takes pride in their work. No wonder this place is usually busy even in weekdays. I highly recommend this place for anyone getting their nails and eyebrow done.

Cynnez Young I appreciated walking in and someone was at the reception area waiting to greet and assist me. The inside was lovely and simple which I love. No appointment was required and I was serviced immediately (no wait). They used this cool machine to buff my feet which felt greet, I thought that was very unique and innovative as well as time saving for me and the technician. My technician was very invested into removing the dead skin around my cuticles and that is literally my favorite nail tech!!! I love seeing and peeling that away, it just makes the nail/feet look fresh and appealing! I wonder if they plan to update the outside area to make it more appealing. It may be different shifts but there were not a lot of technicians working on this Friday. I am curious about them offering drinks, since I had water with me they did not ask but I also did not see other patrons with a drink from the establishment. I worry that outsiders walking pass may not be drawn to come in as the outside has an outdated look. I think adding the extra service of offering a beverage or a warm aromatic shoulder pad would elevate the already wonderful service. Overall my nails look good for me getting regular polish and the state of my nail beds. I opted for regular polish since I just took off acrylic I knew gel/dip would just separate and crack. So the regular polish isnt as flat and clean but again she did a great job with how my nails are. Will be back for that gel service end of April before my trip! Thank you for your wonderful service

Nadia My mom has been going to Anna for years, so when it came time to get my nails done for my wedding, it wasnt even a question! She made a vision come to life and went above and beyond with making sure I was comfortable and happy through every step. Kim jumped in for my pedicure and was equal parts excited and supportive during the process, and Im so grateful for the both of them! This nail spa is incredible - everyone in Jacksonville should absolutely check it out!

Brittney Crane Awesome service! Everyone had a customer when I got there but it was no time before I was in the pedicure chair. I was out of there much sooner than I expected! Also waxing went well! I also enjoyed that they give 10% off for your bday! Ironically I was treating myself for my birthday! The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. I will be back!
