Dee Cassidy Dr Patel, and Drs Welsh and their staff are wonderful. They have never refused to see my husband and me. They take care of all records of us so they know what is going on with our health at all times. We are in our seventies and need a doctor that we can rely on. They have a nurse named Missy that we are especially fond of. She knows her job!! We give them A+++ !! I would recommend them to everyone we know. We don’t live in Bay County anymore but we still travel to Panama City when we need to see a doctor.

Jeremy Rasler Let me start by saying as an ER nurse myself with 22 years experience, for a small community Critical Access Hospital this facility is Amazing! Both ER nurses Monica RN (Charge) & Star LPN were top notch clinicians both of whom deserve Daisy Awards for outstanding patient care and going above and beyond to make sure I was stabilized until they could get me transferred to another facility for higher level of care! The physician was also wonderful but unfortunately I do not remember his name. Moreover should you need true emergency care this community hospital it on top of patient care and assessment. The emergency department staff truly know now to stabilize and get you the care you need. Because of my illness I was transferred to another facility via Ambulance which also went very smoothly and EMS also did their best to try and keep me as comfortable as possible. Marilyn Johnson Awesome doctor and staff. Have had Dr Reams as my doctor several years and he has always been thorough, and really cares about the patient and what they are experiencing. Most of all, he never rushes through his time with you and always has much compassion for his patients. Very knowledgeable doctor, so his assessment and opinion are always can be relied upon, giving the opportunity to his patients that they are receiving the best care possible. His staff is equally as competent, friendly, kind, and professional. I never leave his office without all of my questions and concerns answered and managed.

Suzette Burkett The front desk staff was so friendly and professional. Dr Osama is the best. She made everything understandable and was very helpful. Very very friendly all around. If you need an immigration doctor come here. I recommend 10/10 ..

Caleb Warren I know from personal experience hes a great doctor he helped me out when I needed it the most being a disabled vet he was never judgmental and always listened ! The only problem I have now is getting back in with him how do you get an appointment with Dr Smith these days now that I have relocated back to the area?

Jessica G Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.

Tom Britton Today 3/10/25. Was an amazing day for me. I had oral surgery that has been many years in the making after this experience I truly believe these people were put in front of me by God himself. The entire staff is made up of a group that is second to none. Very professional, very compassionate and a pleasure to be in their hands. I had 9 teeth left in my mouth that were affecting my health and needed to be removed. Needless to say I raised 3 children and their dental needs were much more important than mine so when I had problems I would just go get and extraction and get back to work. Well the kids are all grown now and Im finally able to make the journey to a better smile. So to make a long story short, Dr Claussen and his staff are the best Ive ever encountered and Ive been thru the ringer with this never being able to get the job done unfortunately. Im writing this post surgery. After the novacaine has worn off and the anesthesia Im completely coherent. I have no swelling, no pain and i feel better than I have in years! Thank you Dr.Claussen! To me, you and your staff are truly a gift from God. ❤️

Brenda I just spent 6 weeks in the hospital and rehab. When I came home I needed many things. Including home health. It seemed like I waa calling the office daily. Even though I had not yet been seen for a follow-up, they made sure every order I told them I needed was seen to quickly. I was never spoke to rudely, or even annoyingly. I am so impressed with the entire staff. Thank you for seeing to my needs so quickly. Also, my home health nurse said she was very impressed at how quickly they signed the order.
