Iris Joanna The staff-receptionist, medical assistant are both exceptional, professional, attentive, and friendly. Dr. Angular has great bed side manners. He took his time to listen to my concerns/medical issues. He’s attentive and friendly. The office is nice, clean, quiet. Nice location.

Angie Palacio Labouz I’ve been a patient here for almost 4 years and I really love the service. Everyone is always willing to help me with my issues. They also offer appointments on Sunday, which is amazing for me because of my work schedule. My provider Isabel Cruz was amazing, she was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Her CCA Isabel Del Villar was very caring and helped me with the procedures I had to get done. I am scared of vaccines but she was very patient and I didn’t feel anything. During weekdays you can see Marelbis, she is amazing and will take care of you since the moment you step at the clinic, I missed seeing her on Sunday. Thank you guys for always helping me!

Jenna Lei This facility is incredibly inviting from the moment you walk in. Very modern, but cozy decor, pleasant holiday music, and quite relaxing overall (think day spa, with mild hospital vibes…). Jason checked us in at the front desk and provided excellent customer service. He was kind, easy to understand and had a good sense of humor. I watched him interact with several customers and he remained professional and courteous while working through the line of customers quickly. Our appointment was at 7:00am, and we walked back at 7:01, which is excellent now-a-days. Overall a great experience, we will be back for future visits.

wendy chastain I have been going here regularly for pain management and physical therapy. The care I have received has been excellent. The best part is that my doctor and physical therapist really listen to me about the paths I want to take in my care. That is really important to me. I hate taking medication to manage long term / Chronic pain and they care about trying to help me with other options. I am not sure about the other reviews, it seems there is some confusion with the Saint Cloud Hospital and the Saint Cloud Orlando Health Medical Pavilion. Its not a hospital, it is located near the hospital.

J Pinto Took a year to schedule this appointment and wasnt able to get the provider I wanted. Dr. Pareek was condescending, and none of the medical team took my medical history or looked at the records I brought. Dr. Pareek seems knowledgeable, and I did learn new things in the visit, however, he reminds me of everything wrong with the healthcare system: not up to date, dismissive/gaslighting, and no regard for the patients history (which goes beyond "ranges of normalcy"; ex: just because my BP is within normal range does NOT mean that its normal for ME). As someone that has worked in healthcare simply to understand how it works, find someone that wants to get to know your body and allows you to make informed decisions; beware those that assume and tell you what to do without much information provided and then belittle you for taking charge of your OWN health. For more positives: The rest of the staff was friendly. Facilities are clean and organized. The Advent app and website is great.

Natasha Mary the surgery scheduler was amazing!! My son was originally scheduled to be seen at this office and she got us both in and scheduled for surgery just 3 days later!! Dr. Mangal did a great job with our surgeries as well. He was very polite and informative.

Dave Graves Great experience. Facility was super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Robinson was excellent. Very professional, explained my condition in terms a non medical person could understand. Explained everything he did and told me what to expect. Ill never go to another doctor again...if you have hand issues definitely go to Dr. Robinson!

Margarita Muriel I’m so happy to have discovered the gastroenterology clinic. Dr. Shora has help me improve my gastrointestinal significantly and provided me with valuable information to improve my health. I must also praise her office assistant Luis for going above and beyond his call of duty in locating a very important document for my annual appointment. Luis prevented from having my appointment being rescheduled for 2nd time in a row & having me wait weeks before seeing my doctor, And this was done on Friday afternoon when the office was about to close. Luis is a very caring office assistant and represents the Gastrointestinal Institute as he’s pro patient health. I wish him all the best as he has a bright future ahead!
