2 /5 J Pinto: Took a year to schedule this appointment and wasnt able to get the provider I wanted. Dr. Pareek was condescending, and none of the medical team took my medical history or looked at the records I brought. Dr. Pareek seems knowledgeable, and I did learn new things in the visit, however, he reminds me of everything wrong with the healthcare system: not up to date, dismissive/gaslighting, and no regard for the patients history (which goes beyond "ranges of normalcy"; ex: just because my BP is within normal range does NOT mean that its normal for ME). As someone that has worked in healthcare simply to understand how it works, find someone that wants to get to know your body and allows you to make informed decisions; beware those that assume and tell you what to do without much information provided and then belittle you for taking charge of your OWN health. For more positives: The rest of the staff was friendly. Facilities are clean and organized. The Advent app and website is great.

1 /5 Isabella Skye: Been trying to make an appointment for almost two weeks now. Disclosed a sensitive document to them and now they just have access to it without me being in their care. I’m really upset about this as I signed off for them to tell me my next steps in treatment. Receptionist said they don’t make appointments unless you disclose the information. Told me the hematologist had to call me about the whole thing. Just to make an appointment. They have called me three times and everytime you answer or call back it redirects you to a call center. Then it’s a disaster trying to get in contact with where you were originally working with the receptionist at whatever location it was. Move on and find somewhere else to go, it’s a mess trying to get in here. They have no idea what they are doing. Super unprofessional, and I’m really mad that they just have my document now to share with the world after doing nothing to help me.

1 /5 Carlos Mangual: We can’t get the scheduling department to return our calls for my wifes treatment.. I have called 6 times over a 5 day period, no answer and no return calls, this seems very unprofessional to us.
