My Kids Doctor - Kissimmee (FL)

Nancy Soto Took my mom and dr recommended a hospital stay for observation. My mom agreed and we waited 4 hrs for ambulance and my mom became mad at the wait and wanted to go home. I convinced her at 7pm to wait 1/2 hrs for more. At 7.30pm we were told it could still be 2-3 hrs more for the ambulance. We left. So I have to say it was not pleasant at all.

Nancy Lehnhoff I wanted to share my great experience w/all of you. Ive had 3 appts at this office (Health Orl Urology) & the staff are all so pleasant & proficient. Michelle, PA, is fantastic, knowledgeable & very caring w/the patients. Dr. Sarat Sabharwal, Urology has such gracious empathy for his patients. He is GR8 ! If you make an appt at this office, you will not be sorry. God bless.

Addier santos La Dr Amanda is the doctor that any human being would like to have at their side while they are sick. She is an excellent human being and professionally very well prepared. I recommend this place and these doctors. The service is excellent from the receptionists to the medical assistants. Dr. Johnson is excellent as well. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

D Huynh Do the nurses here start their shifts by walking around the hospital and introducing themselves to every patient until their shift ends? Ive only been here for 3 days, but I’ve met about 20 new names and faces that I would never see again. It’s wild how many people come through! Kidding aside, I truly enjoyed my stay here thanks to my nurses and tech. Due to the blood loss caused by my condition, my brain wasn’t functioning properly, and I struggled to process information and communicate, including slurred speech at times. Despite this, the staff responsible for my care were incredibly supportive and understanding. Everyone here was exceptional and friendly. They treated me with respect and kindness, always responding quickly. A special shoutout to my nurses and tech: Alexander, Carlos, and Rowana. This hospital truly has some of the best people in the world, and I’m grateful to have been under their care. Alex went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. He was exceptional, kind, understanding, funny, and incredibly caring. Alex was truly the best of the best, and I’ll always keep him in my heart. May God bless him, wherever he may be.

Agnes Sepulveda The moment I step in the lobby with my mother, the security officer was so helpful and compassionate. Helped her onto a wheelchair. The receptionist, nurses were exceptional, respectful and just happy people. I was dreading going but they all put us at ease and worked diligently. I would give a million starts! Top notch service!

Amanda Medina Dr Patel and Madeline are amazing. I wish I came to this office sooner.

Cindys Adams I visited this ER after passing two others, my daughter was seen immediately and brought to a room. All of the nurses were informative with all that needed to be done. The Dr spoke with me and my daughter with all the next steps the whole time there. We were there about four hours, after the results of the tests were given, daughter was sent home feeling better.

From the information booth to my doctor’s checkup and finally to the pharmacy, the VA in Lake Nona was exceptional. It made me feel proud to have served in the U.S. Army.
